Overall, Ill start by saying I like my new car, I purchased a 2011 Kia Forte here about a month ago and have since put a little under 500 miles on the car, figured I would wait until now to write my review and a good thing I did. When I purchased this vehicle I noticed that the TPMS light was on, I mentioned this before really agreeing to purchase the vehicle and the pushy girl I was being helped by simply brushed it off, said they would add air and pushed me into the sale. Will talk about the sales discussion later. Needless to say about a week ago I notice that my rear driver tire is leaking air, I go to have it repaired and come to find out the rim is totally bent in two spots which caused the leak. My fault for not looking closer when purchasing I suppose, but it is a different tire with lower tread on this wheel as well which is odd. Aside from that, a high pitched squealing from the engine began about a week after purchase and has only gotten worse with time, Im not sure what this means so we will see if it turns into a problem. As for the sales meeting when dealing with these people they will rush you and will brush off questions about haggling the price and interject with something unrelated. They were helpful, in a salesmen sense, just pushy. I needed to come back in the evening as I was in a rental and they said they would leave it in the parking lot next door, came up for the 2 hour round trip at 11 at night with a friend only to find it sitting right behind their chained up gate, almost taunting me... Said they would leave it out the next day, managed to make it up during work hours and sure enough it was still siting in the same spot unmoved, I doubt they would have moved it for me. They did add gap coverage and only told me about it when they had papers in my face with it that I reading closely before signing, though I had no issue with this they should have mentioned before printing it out. The frustrating part here is that a day after I got my car home they called me up to tell me I was not approved for the gap coverage they added to the sale and that I had to come back in to resign paperwork... So 8 hours of driving to and from this place over the course of the week was fairly annoying. Aside from that I only rate them so low for brushing off the issue I brought up which is now turning into a problem for me only a month later. Maybe not terrible, but really not great overall.

Purchased our truck here. We were told that all cars and trucks were detailed and had their tune ups. The check engine light was on. I talked to the sales man about getting the code read. He said he would, told us the code was for the 65,000 mile tune up and he was perform the tune up for us as well as fill the truck up with a full tank of gas. After 1 week we realized the gas gauge wasnt moving. Took it back to S & S, sat there for 4 hours to find out our fuel pump was broken. They said they would help us out, but we would have to pay for part of it. We came back to get it replaced, said it would take 4 hours max. I came back and they had no clue what I was talking about. They called manager and finally got the ball rolling on the repair. After another 3.5 hours of waiting they called me and told me it was the fuel pump. I told them I know and that why I am here to replace it. $300 fix. 2 days later the window motor broke and the element in the heated seats. Got a friend to fix them both. 1 week later the distributer needs to be replaced. as well as a black air filter. (should have been replaced during the "tune up". $700. After our yellow stone trip we noticed a lack of power on the passes. brought it in need the entire in-take and fuel injecters $400. So summary. They cleared the codes so it would seem like when they popped up it was for the first time. They do not go through their vehicles like promised, the parts they did replaced are after market and not genuine name brand parts. Plain and simple, dishonest. I created this profile to write this review. Do not waste your money.

Worst car buying experience. First off they tried to low ball me on my trade in so I just sold it on CL the next day for double what they offered. Then the price for the new car magically went from $11,000 to $12,500 when I came in the next day to buy it. So after dealing with all of that we finally agreed on a price, $11,500 out the door and that was to include 2 tires for the front of the car and an alignment. When I came to pick the car up to my surprise, the same bald tires were on it and alignment was not done. They said that they were not going to loose any more profit so take it or leave it. I wanted the car so I just said screw it and I will deal with that stuff later. Well then to my surprise later on that day, the temperature gauge doesnt work. Thats kind of a big deal and about a $500 repair (Audi). So i called Kevin, the salesperson and he told me to drop the car off for them to fix it. they had my car for 2 days until i got a text message saying i could come pick it up. When I got there my car had not even been moved, they gave me my keys and pretended everything was fine. The manager then told me that they were not going to fix my car and Kevin didnt have permission to tell me to bring it in for repairs. He then told me "thats what the test drive is for, for you to inspect the vehicle". So moral of this story is dont trust a word these people say, get everything in writing, and have the vehicle inspected by a local shop before you buy. Oh, and dont pay the advertised price, they wanted $12,500 and I got them down to $10,100.

I purchased my vehicle from SS Best Auto Sales in March. What started out as a simple ordeal turned into a nightmare for me. I first inquired about the vehicle by phone. I was then called about every 2-3 hours thereafter, asking for my personal information. I live in southern Oregon and traveled all the way to Auburn to look at the vehicle. Upon my arrival, I was treated with hostility from the salesman. After being assured over the phone that the vehicle was mechanically sound and gone over by a mechanic, I noticed the tail light was out, no big deal. However, I should have known better. I continued to ask questions about how mechanically sound the car was and was assured the vehicle had no stored engine codes and was completely sound. I was told they have a mechanic who checks each vehicle top to bottom including engines. After returning to Oregon with the vehicle, the check engine light came on. Turns out, the entire left side of the motor is not functioning properly due to a number of complex issues, costing me thousands of dollars to replace. Not to mention, all of my registration fees were supposed to be covered by SS Best Auto sales. Now I am finding out the reason I dont have plates 2 months later is that they never paid what they were supposed to. I absolutely do not recommend this dealership. If you do go, bring an engine code reader with you to avoid costly repairs.
