I might not be the average car buyer. I looked online prior to my visit to Power Ford Lincoln City and met with Stacey Ehrenfelt We previously talked on the phone and I had agreed to purchase a car sight unseen, used and not the standard transaction for them. The car was even located at another location. I went in, Stacey Ehrenfelt was very friendly had all the paperwork ready the whole transaction took about 15 to 20 minutes the car was ready to be picked up at the scheduled time. One of the problems single women have when purchasing cars is the sales people sometimes treat them as if theyre uneducated and know nothing. Stacy treated me extremely respectful, was more than willing to give me a fair price. He was willing to answer any of the questions I had about the car and I never felt talk to down to. If youre a woman and want to just cut through the b******* that comes with many used car salesman I highly recommend working with Stacey at Power Ford Lincoln City.

My family has purchased numerous cars from Power Ford in Lincoln City, Oregon. My husband also purchases his work vans through this dealership. The stress free purchasing is such a relief when I have three children, work full time and volunteer in the community. Stacy and his staff (Jeff is the bomb as well!) make it so easy. I tell them what Im looking for and the price range. They do all the work and just tell me straight up what the deal is. I dont have hours to sit to go back and forth and I never have to do that with this dealership. They can get any car - I just purchased a brand new Toyota Sienna and got all the deals you would get at a Toyota dealership because of the relationships Stacy has built with other dealerships around the state. This is the place to go for your next car!

I had a great experience with Power Ford in Lincoln City. I purchased a Ford F150 that really filled my requirements for a work truck. Stacy was great with the paperwork, and the sales person, Bob Badenach (sp) was knowledgeable about the capabilities of the model i was test driving. I got a great financing deal with OSU Credit Union, too The Power Ford team in Lincoln City made sure the pickups brakes were in great working order before delivering the vehicle to me. I was told a car I wanted to purchase was on its way to Newport for me to test drove. I was headed that way when I got a call that they werent bringing it because there was someone else interested. Then they didn’t even have the deciency to call me and let me know the car sold. I had to call them. Terrible customer service.
