My wife and I were looking for a new Dodge Ram 1500 truck from Redding Ca, Chico, Sacramento, Folsom ,and Davis ca. As we arrived at these dealers we countered a lot of sales man that were very straight forward on trying to sell us something we were not looking for. So a good friend told mine told me about Auto World Dodge in Petaluma Ca and said this is the place to go, a small dealer that is down to earth and very professional salesman. So my wife and I loaded up the SUV and took off the Petaluma ca . After arriving at this dealership we were greeted by salesman that were very nice. I told them what we were looking for and they directed us to Tammy Lloyd and Kevin Landman. We spoke with the both of them and was informed that if they could find a truck that fit our needs and what we were looking For they would contact us. So after about six weeks and no dealer wanting to give up there trucks we decided to order the truck we wanted. What a great truck in turned out to be. I would highly recommend Auto World Dodge, it is worth the trip. Along with Tammy and Kevin being great salesman and now great friends the follow up care they give like a text message or just a phone call asking how everything is going with my new truck they really are great friends now and are very polite and professional salesman. We will be back to purchase another vehicle down the road. So again we had the greatest experience buying my retirement truck from Tammy and Kevin, just down to earth customer service and very professional.

Dishonest people. Told me a car was mint condition over the phone. I drove 2 hours to the dealership to see the car, as it was the exact specs that I wanted in a hard to find make/model. When I arrived the car had a funny smell to it, the back seats were were a bit dirty, and had dog hair in the cracks. They told me they only had an hour to detail it, so they hadnt had a chance to complete it. Turns out they had skillfully placed seat covers over the front seats and told me it was the original upholstery, which was a blatant lie. The car had really low miles so I bought it anyways thinking it was a good deal despite the cosmetics, and that it just needed a good detail. Brought the vehicle home and that is when I started noticing that the original owner had used the vehicle as a camping/hunting vehicle. Explains the low miles, just had used it for only weekend trips in the mud. Started peeling back the layers and kept finding more dirt, more dog hair, more mud. I took off the front seat covers to find seats covered in dog hair. The passenger seat has a 8 inch rip, and the cushion is ripped down to the metal. The seat is trashed! Rear differential makes noise when turning hard. Now Im wondering if the vehicle had even been maintained properly. Bottom line, the vehicle was A FAR CRY from mint condition. The fact that they put seat covers on there and told me it was the original upholstery is shameful. Avoid this place at all costs.

We came here just to test drive the Jeep and the sales man was really nice but really want to make the sale, he is trying to make it happen upon my request. Everything seems really good, the jeep that we bought we want to change it to leather sits and this is where the horrible experienced started. Once the sales person made the sales, he just left us in the air. I have to follow up when is the car be taken care of every single time no updates or whatsoever. Our sales person just gone no word from him at all, it pisses me off because I need the car to be taken care of as what they already scheduled. I never had this experienced at all. I dont recommend this dealer at all I regret purchasing car and making transaction here. I will never come back here for sure. They really dont get the word " Customer care" is the best thing you can give to the customer for them to come back and recommend to there families and friends. By far Toyota Hansel in Petaluma is good at it, no problem to put you at ease and gives you update. I freakin hate it. Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After a long day, shopping many makes and models, meeting salespeople who knew very little at best about their product. Getting pounced on time after time, I finally stumbled in to Autoworld Dodge Chrysler Jeep. The staff was more than pleasant. Professional greeting, not overbearing. My salesperson was very knowledgeable. I had driven the Honda Crv, Toyota Rav4, Chevy Equinox, and a Nissan something. Prior to my visit I had never even considered the Grand Cherokee, thinking it would be too rugged for my soccer mom lifestyle. Initially the overall appearance pleased me. I was truly impressed by the soft lines, but the sophisticated interior and technology caught me by complete surprise! After driving, I was convinced. The price of mid 30"s was right in my range. Negotiating was hassle free. They took the time to explain every detail along the way and had me home with my new Grand Cherokee in half the time I had anticipated!! Thank you Team Autoworld! You guys truly are the benchmark that all dealerships should be measured.

The service person started ripping me off from the get go. AC not working in my 1999 Dodge ram so I bought it to Dodge Auto world. Why not bring it to the people who deal with this make, Right. They offered me a new non OEM A/C compressor installed for $700.00. They told me a new Mopar A/C compressor would cost $2,000.00. Therefore, I jumped for the $700.00 deal, as they knew I would. The catch was no warrantee because it was not an OEM compressor. However, they went even further in ripping me off. They did not change the compressor. I did not see it right away but the old compressor was black and had two wires that where spliced. So does the compressor that is still in my truck. Imagine that. I just bought a new non-OEM compressor to replace the one that they did not replace, it is not black, and it does not have spliced wires. I will never buy from Dodge again, and I will never get service done by a Dodge service center either.

My wife and I are a young newly wed couple, who had an older vehicle that was starting to fall apart. We looked at many different vehicles at different dealerships in Sonoma County, Miguel at Autoworld is a fantastic salesman. He is fully informed about all the Chrysler - Fiat vehicles, from cars to trucks. It was wonderful vehicle buying experience. Miguel understood that the Jeep Grand Cherokees have many different options, and that my wife, whom is the primary driver, didnt know exactly what she wanted. He pulled out 3 different Jeeps of various trims models, have her the keys and said check them out. No pressure at all. All of our questions were promptly answered polite and courteous. When the signing of papers came up, after a few hours of looking and test driving, Miguel and his co-workers made it as simple and easy as possible. It was truly a wonderful experience. Highly recommend them.

WOW....Talk about an awesome experience, these guys are great. My girlfiend I bought our dream car a 2013 Charger R/T . We were nervous of the negotiation process but It couldnt have gone better. The salesmanager Thomas was very helpful and instrumental in the process. We felt like a VIP or something. The finance director Keven was able to get us a loan package that fit our budget and we couldnt be happier. My family has since bought three cars from these guys and they all feel the same way. We had a bad experience at the Dodge store in Santa Rosa so this was a breath of fresh air. go see these guys and Im sure it will renew your faith in the car buying experience................
