This is the worst place to get s car. Never again will I shop here. I had bought a car and truck from jimmy on 4/3/17 with all these promises of stuff that was never fulfilled. Lets start with the car. I was promised it would be detailed inside and out and the scratches would be buffed out I dropped it off for the second time and showed the detailer what was wrong when I went to pick it up I was checking it out and it was filthy inside dirt on the roof in between the seats by the seatbelt was black when before wasnt sawdust in the back where the carjack was supposed to go And all over the back. The third time I dropped it off with the same promises of it being cleaned and scratches buffed still a big disappoint. I brought it home and did it myself never got the scratches out or the paint I was promised and they used a quarter tank of gas each time and didnt bother replacing it. They had the car more then me in the first three weeks. I was asking all these questions about them but apparently not the right ones we sat down to do the paperwork in on the car basically we only saved the taxes and the registration on the truck we only got a tow bar everything else was there we couldnt didnt get any deal on the truck when I was asking questions about the truck I was told about the dash problem before I agreed to buy it or missing key we only had one So after we went through the car and started the paperwork on the truck my boyfriend could not test drive neither one of them because he just had major surgery and he was out way too long so when Jimmy was speeding through the truck he had said they would fix all the dash get us a key and we didnt realize that the truck had problems till we already signed half of the paperwork so in the promises things would get done we will went with it thinking about the problems I wasnt thinking of the cost and didnt realize till I got home that there was no discount on the truck so I dropped it off to get the dash in the key done they ordered the wrong Dash so they couldnt fix that in the and the key was just like the other one so I called them and told them I need a key at least 15 with the push button to unlock the doors because with the keys we had you can only unlock it from the driver side and when I have young grandchildren and I cant pack them to the driver side then turn around and go to the pastor side especially when its raining so they told me they couldnt couldnt get that kind of key anymore so I called over to the Ukiah Thurston it and they gave me the order number so I called the parts people over here gave them the number and told them that there shouldnt has one in stock he told me he would have to wait until the owner came back from vacation I hope I ended up getting it and they said they would pay half and I would pay half that it might cost would be 119 so I went down there and I only brought a check because I knew they were going to charge you more and yes they did try I shouldnt have to pay half of the key that I should already get in the first place now today my truck is still is back there for the same problems from when I first bought the car I was supposed to have the car done at 8 oclock by 9 oclock in the morning it is now 130 and its still not done just dont buy anything from these people there a rip off way too many problems for me to get into I wouldnt give him any stars but I had to I have pictures but I dont know how to post them I will keep trying dont buy from these people

Crooks....they raised the price on the car I purchased after checking my credit by 1500.00 stating that they had done work on the car that would save me money in the future. After talking to my friend who owned the car before me....turns out my friend had PAID them to do the work they were professing would save me money in the future....they cheated me and my friend as well . Talked to two other friends who were ripped off by them too. Fort Braggers and mendo coast people....go inland or south to buy your car....dont get ripped off locally by these crooks

Oil change, no problem, It cost $1,100 for new arm bars and axles. I got a shuttle ride to the beach while I waited. Coffee is too strong. Creamer was gross. I charged my cell phone in private waiting room. Nice magazines. Very nice place to hang out. Wish I could buy one of their new cars out front. Classy. Satisfied customer. But I had to wait 4-5 days for parts.

Brought in my coupons on what seems the worst day ever! They fixed the problems. I was able to get a ride in a warm dry car. I was never asked if I might be interested in something more or less. I will come back for service again. I had good care just not good day?
