Wow! And great!! Such a great find that the local Toyota has been trying to buy it from me for the past 8 months!! Last summer I decided that I wanted a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country with stow and go seats. I looked on the internet for about 2 month. Then I saw a beautiful 2008 at ForestGrove Autobroker. I sent them an email and got a telephone call back right away. I asked lots of questions about the vehicle and another van that they had. I have chronic pain disabilities and wanted a vehicle that would not aggravate my pain. The Lafayette lot had this perfect vehicle and I was invited to drive up. I live about 100 miles away. I dont like to shop and go for the right vehicle. I finally made the drive up to Forest Grove Autobroker at Lafayette. They were so patient, I got to Lafayette with only a half hour because I wanted to drive back to Springfield before dark. After a 30 minute test drive, I knew that it was the right vehicle. Fully loaded and the sale price ended on the 9-29-2015. The van drives like a luxury vehicle. I applied for a bank loan to help cover the price. But I had to fly out of town on 9-29-2015. I hadnt heard from the bank and telephoned Tony at ForestGrove Autobroker. I decided to get checks to them so that I would not lose the sale price or the van. Tony had been so helpful and told me to send the checks and they would hold the van for me. So it all worked out!! It was about 3-4 weeks before I got back home and made the journey up to ForestGrove Autobroker to pick up my beautiful van. Jeff did all of the paperwork and handed me the warranty paperwork and the title. I drove my van back home! A sweet ride clean and beautiful. When I looked at the registration, I was amazed at what I saw. They had registered the van in my name on the date 9-29-2015. They had not even received my checks yet but they kept their promise and transferred ownership to me. All of the staff at ForestGrove Autobroker are great. They had also tried to get loans through and worked hard to make it happen . But I just took money from my accounts. However, my bank eventually approved my loan and told me that I could still take out the loan. I was too happy owning my car outright and didnt take the loan out. Took it to Toyota for a good wax job before winter. A few days later Toyota called me : they want to buy my van. It took me months to find that van. I just told them that they could not pay me enough. I recommend ForestGrove Autobroker completely. They made my dream car come true and worked to help me acquire it. Dream what you want, know what it is and then check online to see if ForestGrove Autobroker has it. The guys will work with you so that you get the car of your dreams. I didnt want a newer model - I wanted the older model. And the T +C extended touring van, is a dream come true - for me and all of the people who see its beauty and want it too! Ann Kathryn Kelly

Bought a vehicle from here while also trading in my current vehicle. A deal was offered on the car for $4,997. Was ableto work this down considerably after having taken it to a mechanic and had the vehicle appraised. The appraisal was for $2,000 - $2,500. I settled for $2,750. Not bad considering they treated me very well and were rather polite to my surprise. The people were great, no complaints. It is hard not to feel like the deals are heavily in favor of the Auto Broker, which is to be expected. However take the car to a mechanic and that will work wonders in terms of bargaining power. Overall not a bad experience, it completely blew away my expectations for a non-major dealer.

Dishonorable...I used to work for a car dealership and have NEVER seen such a horrible deal. my fiancé was given less than retail trade in on the trade in vehicle, sold a car at over high blue book and given an interest rate of 33%. the salespeople are such sharks that they smooth talked her into thinking it was a good deal and that they were taking care of her. I would never ever ever send someone there. Any dealings with them after the sale has been a pain as well.

I bought a 2001 toyota 4runner from this dealership 1 month ago. UPDATE: It needed $1200 in updated repair based on mileage at 167,000. New timing belt, full tune up, full fluid flush, new brakes, and tire valve stems. In 2010 this buisness had a 5 star rating. I bought a Cadillac DeVille that had no problems for 2 years from them, but they are NOW a LOW END car dealership at 1 star - LAME. Luckily I put the repair money aside ahead of purchase. BUYER BEWARE!!

Place tried to charge 3x the excellent condition Kelly Blue Book price on a car with a silver dollar sized rust spot and a window that wont roll up (it was sitting open in the heavy rain). Worst part about it was he lied to my face about the blue book right after I had looked at it... Super scummy place.

Very dishonest! Major problems with the truck we purchased within a few days. When we went back we were asked what part of as is did we not understand. For $10,000 you would think you wouldnt be putting in thousands more so soon. We will never do business or recomend this place to anyone!

Never buy a car from this dealership. They are dishonest! I had several issues with a car I bought and they had committed to fix them and did nothing to help. I would never buy from here and would not recommend buying from there ever again. Do not trust these people!
