Updated review, 6/14/2017: This dealership is as sleazy as they come. Id had service done on a vehicle last year and was happy with their service department, but the sales guys lied straight to my face when I went recently to look at a new car! Monte G. Riddle, Google him; hes the sales guy that I spoke with first. Schmoozed the whole time, showed me cars that were the opposite of what I was interested in because they were "bad ass" or "sexy". I go on a test drive with him, and afterward he takes my picture with the car. Cheesy, but whatever. He had been nice so far and I didnt want to be rude. Anyway, we go to a desk inside to talk about the car. I tell him I am *not buying a car today*, but that Id like a printout of information on it. He offers to give me an estimate of how much Id pay per month if I used their financing, says its something everyone does. Im a first-time car buyer, so I didnt know any different. I said sure, but ONLY IF ITS A SOFT INQUIRY ON MY CREDIT. I dont want to buy a car today, this better not hurt my credit! He said it was a soft inquiry, and that it would not show up on my credit report, no problem. Sure enough, the damn credit check showed up on my report as a hard inquiry! Monte Riddle LIED TO MY FACE. I called to speak to the manager once I saw my report, Ken. He said oops, well talk to Monte and try to correct this. He didnt know how Monte didnt know this, since they do it all the time when trying to sell a car. I told him that I wasnt trying to buy a car, and he says they often do it anyway to change peoples minds. Really?? A week goes by, and I call again. Ken says hes still working on it, hell give me a call back later that day. Here I am, another week passed, STILL no call from Ken. Another liar! I will NEVER buy a car from Keifer, and I will NEVER get service there again. Do not trust them, especially not Monte G. Riddle or Ken! 2016 review for service on Volvo S40: Paid less than quote, and they fixed the problems with my car instead of just replacing parts. Shop time is cheaper here than at Eugene dealership. Workmanship was great. Will be back.

Joy Johnson was exactly that...a joy! I arrived on a rainy Friday night a half hour after closing (long story) and Joy never even led on that she was on her way out the door for the evening. I had been dealing with salesmen and test drives and negotiations for a week and a half.I was determined to get a great deal and a great car. Joy helped my husband and I from the start in a wonderful authentic caring way. She listened well. She was terrific on the test drive.She was informed, humorous and not pushy or overbearing. She simply helped us in OUR process. After making our decision she had our new vehicle waiting in pristine condition,she put gas in the car, new batteries for our remotes,reset the time difference on the clock, programmed our car to our phone and followed up the next following days to make sure all was well. Joy is the type of "salasmamm" that any dealership should be lucky to have.Additionally the finance dept was easy to work with as well. Now, with that said, I would like to comment that the building/property itself leaves a bit to be desired.Cmon guys, its time to upgrade and lastly...the flat screen TV turned up while the basketball game was on as well as the stereo competing over the ceiling speakers was annoying and difficult to carry on a business conversation that entailed the exchange and conditions of thousands of dollars...whose idea was that? Joy, I would come buy a car from you anytime!

Took two weeks and hundreds of dollars for them to determine I had a heater hose leak which I already knew and told them about going in. After the two weeks and 3 hours of labor at $135 an hour not including parts they determined the head gasket was blown. During the whole process they made me feel like a burden when I had questions, not to mention pretzels and other food crumbs were left in my vehicle after the work had been done. To top it all off, when I told them I didnt want to pay their outrageous quote for the new head gasket they told me I had only a couple days to get my car off the lot. We drove all the way down from Olympia, WA on a whim one day to look at a car we saw on the website. The staff was incredibly professional when we called mid-journey just to make sure the car was still available. Once we got there, Joy handed us off to Zac because he happened to know more about the car we were interested in. Zac was SUPER nice and kept us entertained while we waited on the tedious finance paperwork that comes with all new car purchases. This was really a refreshing car buying experience compared to the other ~8 cars I have purchased, and I can definitely say it was worth the 3-hour car trip.

My experience with them was amazing. This was my second car I bought from them and the service was awesome. Joy Johnson is so friendly, polite, very helpful to be around. She went out of her way to help me get the best deal for my budget. I recommend her and the whole place to anyone who is looking for a car. They all work with you and do their best to make sure you leave happy. I also want to give Kudos to Richard who detailed my car before I left the lot. Thanks Richard! Thanks to Russ, Ken, Joy, Richard and everyone for making my second time around great! :)

I have purchased several vehicles over the last few years from Keifer Nissan. It is usually painless, but still requires you to sit for hours in a car lot, which I loathe. I must say that our Sales person Joy Johnson was AMAZING. She didnt pressure me in any way and was extremely personable and actually fun to chat with. In fact, the process was so fun me and my wife decided to come in 2 days later and buy another car from her. Again, the second time was super easy and even more fun! She has two customers for life!

My wife and were promply met and introduced to the Kiefer dealership by Shanna Lamere and Joy Johnson on two separate visits. These ladies quickly showed us the car we were interested in and accompanied us on liberal test drives. We were very pleased and and impressed by their pleasant professionalism. We really enjoyed the enjoyed the friendly closing by Shanna and the management. We will definitely recommend these sales ladies and management at this dealership.

Me and my husband each bought a vehicle at Kiefer Nissan in the last 4 days. Our salesperson, Joy Johnson was incredible. No BS, she listened to what we asked, and delivered on every single one of our requests. Plus we were in and out on both cars in less than an hour. We hope she keeps selling cars so that when we trade these in, she can be our sales lady again!!
