This dealership is out to rip you off! I bought a car from them in April with a trade in. They only gave me half what my trade in was worth, and sold me a car that I had my dad run the VIN# on that was worth $2,500 for $6,500. The shocks were wore out, it wouldnt go into fifth gear, the drivers side door only opened from the outside, had no radio, the heater and the ac didnt work, the gas light was on when I bought it and I barely made it to a gas station, the steering box was shot, ect. Their contracts have a 3 day return policy, so I took the car back the next day and wanted my old car back. They went on to tell me they had already sold my car, so while I was in the office with my dad my friend walked around to their back lot and my car was sitting there and my keys were on the dealers desk. After 6 HOURS at the dealership we ended up exchanging for a vehicle worth $4,000 more for the same price (actually a good car). A few days later they called me saying they wanted me to sign a paper to license the car in my name (which I had already done). I took my dad with me and we parked the car about 2 miles away from the dealership and drove his there, they wanted to put a GPS in my car. We told them no, and proceeded to leave after an hour of confrontation. My dad dropped me off at my car and went back to settle things with the car salesman, and as soon as he pulled out of the parking lot I saw the owner of the place in a parking lot parallel to me. CREEPY! He had followed us.

These people are crooks. I had a bad experience where I returned the first car I got from them and was looking to trade it for a different car because it had transmission and fuel tank issues. I did not end up getting the second car after they detailed it a second time because the animal smell would not go away. after saying I wanted to terminate my contract and get my money back, the general manager turned into a 5 year old throwing a tantrum and trying to make me feel bad and quilty for not wanting their business. My friend and I stayed at their office for 40 minutes. (AGAIN) 40 MINUTES trying to get my money back. Because they tried to convince me that the contract stated that I owed them money for the miles I put on the 1st car. They also tried to get me to pay for the detail on the 2nd car. The contract was only for the 1st car. The contract clearly stated I ONLY owed them money for a repossession and this was not the case. After I pointed that out. The manager told me he wont allow me to cancel the contract. I did cancel the contract. I got my money back. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP EVEN AS A LAST RESORT!!

The worst experince I ever had dealing with anybody! I got a car from Rafahi auto and as soon as I payed and went to drive away the car door would not open, they said the would fix it. then it ran out of gas in the parking lot! They brought me gas but not enough to get to the gas station. I drove the car home and the check engine light came on and the car overheated! Two days later the car started making a terible knocking noise from the engine. the mechanic said it would be over $1000 to fix it! I brought the car back to Rafahi they said they would fix the door and take a look at the engine, they did not, all they did is make the door worse and give me an outrageos price to fix it. They do not return phone calls. When I went to pick up my car I was in my military uniform and I was treated even worse! BEWARE!!! This is the worst kind of business they will take your money and run!!!

The car was nice but Vic the dealer was a shyster. He has a photocopy of a 7 year old title that was signed by a seller but no buyer, and expected us to believe that he would mail the original to us and thats all we needed. He claimed the original was at the bank and couldnt be retrieved until the next day, even though wed wait. Why he didnt have it on hand already I dont know, hed known for several days that we were coming to look at the car. Also every time we asked him about the loan or lien that was reported on the car just the previous month, he told us that we shouldnt worry about it and that Carfax couldnt be trusted. All of this was said in a rude, loud, angry, argumentative voice after he interrupted us every time we tried to talk. I finally stood up and said were out of here. I would recommend anyone looking for a car to stay as far away from these crooks as possible.

I purchased a Honda Odyssey from them and have waited for over 45 days on the title and registration to be sent so I could pick up my new plates. After numerous calls and being told by mike that the person who dealt with titles was off. I finally told them that after 30 days they could face legal issues. That got them a little motivated but they still sent the documents to the wrong place and Im still waiting with no follow up or anything. Never do business with these frauds and. I will be posting on every place I can about this place.

I live in Washington. So I set up the deal by phone. They had a great price on an 2004 Dodge Ram 3500. I had them take it to the local Dealship to get it checked out before I came down. It needed tires and front brakes, which they had told me before it went to the dealership. They replaced the brakes and tires before I came. They gave me what I expected on the trade and even gave me a little off of the truck. It all went really smooth and I couldnt be happier with my purchase.

All they did was try and give us a big pep talk and sweet talk us just to find out they wanna give us 35% APR and 480$ for payments every month on a $10k vehicle just cause we wanted a warranty! They cant provide warranty on their vehicles I assume its assume shady deal.

Only one star because I cant do less. This dealership sucks and has a ton of complaints from many people who have purchased vehicles and cars broke down within the first month. Stay far away from Persian Motors if you do not want to get screwed.
