Folks, 1 whole star is entirely too much. Ultimately I did not purchase a vehicle from this organization. So I cannot speak to the buying experience. I can, however, speak to the morale foundation of what this family represents. I inquired on a trade for a vehicle. We discussed the terms and agreed. Agreed without question three different times and it was clearly understood. Hours before I go to sign for everything they call and try to lower the price of my trade by 2 grand. Seemingly trying to get a quick jab and hoping Ill just think to myself that its already too late. Im active duty military and a resident of Oregon. I try to deal with everything near my home town because Oregonians are genuinely honest people and because I can give business to my home state. Military folks are typically terrified of used car businesses because they seemingly prey on military members. They have guaranteed pay and the younger members sometimes get frugal because this is their first real pay check. This felt like I was sniffed out and tried to be hustled. I dealt with Cole and he was the one who tried to pull this slick move. His dad also threw a couple jabs in about how I didnt understand people from the northwest. I am people from the northwest! Either way, I hope you all decide to steer clear unless you really understand what youre getting yourself into. Good luck.

Our initial dealings with this business were good and we struck a deal, we arranged to have a hitch put in the bed of the pickup truck and paid a deposit. This business has a branch in Salem who does the service work and we organised for the work to be done. This is where the trouble started, what one dealer offered is not what we got to from the other dealer who happens to be his brother. When we talked about it he got very defensive and in the end we backed down not wanting to have a fight. We went back a few weeks later as we were told by r v dealers that the hitch they installed was not going to be any good for towing as it was entry-level. These guys knew our plans and that we wanted a Patriot hitch and when that wasnt available they should have substituted it with one of equal quality.Once again owner was defensive and offered us a poorly rated hitch. We drove away and got a quality hitch at a great price and excellent service just down the road. Shame on you South Commercial Autos your passing the buck and poor follow up service is not good enough.

Had a good experience today with South Commercial Auto. It was worth the road trip (5 hours round trip). Even though they did not have what I was looking for, I found everyone I dealt with to be friendly, helpful, and not the typical "you have to buy" salespeople. They listened to what I wanted, and we left it at that. I appreciate good customer service above most anything else, and this group showed it today. My only suggestion- Returning emails and phone calls would be great. We are all busy, but it would be helpful in the future. I look forward to hearing from your company if you find what im looking for. Keep up the good work!

Went to look at a very nice truck, Unfortunately when the guy tried to start it up, it didnt start. Then after me saying, "Im going to go look at another truck somewhere else, let me know when its fixed" I proceeded to get made fun of. "If youre worried about a starter, then maybe you should reconsider getting a truck". It takes a LOT to make skyline ford look good, and south commercial accomplished it!

I went to the Salem store today and they told me after asking what my price range was that they had nothing under $35,000 which means all they wanted was a big sale well if they dont know there innovatory then they need to learn it. Otherwise making up lies just to get a bigger sale is not a way of business.
