Good customer service until you buy their cars and drive them off the lot... My mechanic says every car he looks at for people before they buy from them, he finds something wrong with them, and the people pass on buying from them. Not even a month after having the car, already had to put money into it. I am pretty sure they make up stories on where cars come from. Mine came from an auction, not from some lady looking to trade for a family car. They buy cars from auctions that real dealers avoid (due to issues with them), then sell them at a huge profit. Their "mechanics" look at them before they sell them, but I am pretty sure they are trained on the job, and have no formal training, otherwise they would of known that my car had a cracked radiator, and needed some tlc. I called the dealership and I was treated like crap because I called them out on it. The owners son said anytime you buy a used car, you have to put money into it, and his parents put $3000 into their used car after they bought it. No pity or care because I had the car and they had the money. It wasnt even 30 days after I bought it before I started to have problems. They said they would call me back multiple times, and never did. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely spread the word. Dont be fooled. Always have a real mechanic look at a car before you purchase it. Lesson learned. Oh, and the picture they took of me and the car I brought they took down off their Facebook as soon as I started to complain to them. I am already telling people to avoid that place. Read some of the other reviews out there, people had simular experiences to me.

I went in just to look at a vehicle and see their price ranges. Ended up finding an Explorer that I fell in love with instantly. They warned me there was a brake issue they were trying to get around to fix. After talking to Marvin about the Explorer, they worked with me with buying it. We made an agreement, and they put it in their shop and fixed the brake issue on the spot before they let me drive off the lot. Ever since then every month when I make my payment, they ask how its running, hows the brakes, and how I like it. One day they noticed the tailgate wasnt closing, I mentioned I had it looked at and was quoted $200 to fix, they said they would do it for $80. Before they even touched they looked up my Explorer and found the part to be on recall, saving me even more money! All around great service, they care about their customers and the vehicles. Theyre always watching out and trying to give you the best offers and save money. Even today they pointed out the best places to get new tires for the best price. Looking forward to buying my next vehicle through them.

They sold my mother a lemon a car pretty much falling apart the when we test drove the car it seem fine but literally in the same week the car cars transmission started slipping the power locks Went out all sorts of wiring issues the A/C is broken even tho they were telling us that the car had great A/C so we try to address this issue all they did was make us buy a 1800$ Warranty policy just To tell us this policy covers nothing and that were out of luck and they have literally have been ignoring our phone calls and giving us the run around and lying to us these people are literally the scum of the earth and Im sure that they will scam you just like a lot of other people that have commented on this dealership as well as swindling us taking advantage of the hard work class American people this family that owns this company should be ashamed of themselves people of this caliber should be sterilized so they cant infect the world with their genetics may god have mercy on these pathetic lying thieving wastes of souls

I bought a vehicle from this dealership and I was not told the history of the vehicle when I asked. I was told the window was left open and that is why there was water on the carpet, and now I find out that the sunroof leaks. I need two inner tire rods, the master cylinder is leaking. when I asked if they can put new tires in the vehicle the salesman said I can go to tire factory next door to get tires. The dealership even replaced the starter for me after a week of having the vehicle, and now i need a new one because they bought a cheap one and it is not compatible with the vehicle. I took it to well known mechanic and they said the vehicle definitely has been in an accident of some sort. Its going to cost me over $2000 to fix. I will never recommend someone to this dealership. I have end-stage renal disease and a heart problem, I bought this vehicle to get myself to doctor appointments, I thought I was getting a reliable vehicle.

DO NOT BUY. If I could give zero stars I would. Very friendly until they didnt feel our insurance money was getting here fast enough (after 4 business days), then completely outright rude after I commented that I felt their attempts to reach me were excessive (at least 4 phone calls and a text message in one business day). Was lied to about communications they had with another member of my family, including what MY family member said ABOUT me and what they had been instructed to do by said family member, and then told me they were "not going to kiss my ass" and they didnt care if we brought the car back or kept it. Do yourself a favor and deal with someone honest who wont treat you like crap after the deal is done. I hope you guys dont stick around long, your business practices dont belong in the friendly, small town community here.....you belong on SE 82ND in Portland with the rest of the shady slimeball car salesmen.

The service was fantastic. There was no pressure from our salesman Marvin, in fact, he was very laid back, which made browsing enjoyable. Once inside my husband and I talked to Gary, the owner, who was as friendly as our salesman. It was a very comfortable experience with lots of laughs and great conversation. Nothing was rushed, all our questions were answered, and a fair deal for what we bought (1994 Toyota 4-Runner). In fact, in honor of our friendly salesman, we have named the 4-Runner "Marvin, The Man Van." Thanks for a relaxed, comfortable, low pressure buying experience. We will be back!!

Bought a 2004 Nissan Xterra and the check engine light came on the next day. Took it back and they replaced the sensor that was bad. I Still had problems with it, and thought maybe something had come disconnected after the original repair. They again took it back, and did further work. All while making sure that I had another vehicle to drive. The repair was not part of the agreement, however they did diagnose the problem, and its an easy fix I can do on my own. Will buy again the next time I am in the market for a different vehicle.

Would not accept a trade in on a 2005 Honda Element. I was told that elements do not sell well at their lot. The salesman was not too bad, not pushy but the finance guy was sensitive that I refused his hand shake and had a attitude. I just didnt want to touch his slimy hand. Cant be a so-called salesman and take everything personal. I will take my business elsewhere, I have been shopping around and had multiple trade-in appraisals on my car. I would not recommend
