The first time i made my way to this dealership I had a terrible first impression, one of the gentelmen there was rude and completely treated me like he didnt want my business. I really liked a vehicle there so I came back a few days later and delt with Rick who is wonderful at what he does and was very kind. After arguing over a few hundred dollars with his boss I finally gave in and knew I was overpaying but really loved the car and was assured how great it was so I purchased it this past January. Since then Ive had more trouble with it and terrible sounds from it longer than it ever sounded good. I purchased the vehicle with absolutely no oil in it, about two weeks after this sound started happening.. I took it back to them and Rick assured me it wasnt anything out of the ordinary and me not knowing much about cars believed him. finally I find out my wheel was about to fall off do to a faulty wheel bearing, my idler pulley is toast as well as the belt and now my timing chain is messed up too and who knows what else. Rick is a nice guy but I wouldnt recommend this place based on my own experience to any one I care about. I regret my purchase. Be sure to have your vehicle fully inspected upon or before purchasing Rick is the inspector here and supposedly "didnt hear any" of these problems. Wouldnt suggest this place to people I hate.

These guys did a fantastic job helping me purchase my vehicle. Rick was fairly knowledgeable about the rig and told me everything he did to fix it, as well as giving me ideas on how anything else he noticed could be fixed, AND let me know exactly what my warrantee covered. I have read a couple reviews that these folks were unhelpful when a customer drove it off the lot and something immediately went wrong. To that complaint I ask, "Did you get the warrantee?" One of the salesmen told me his daughter got the warrantee and it covered a complete transmission replacement -- now, he was probably embellishing a little bit because hes a salesman, but if you look at the pamphlet, it supports his claim. The owner was also very helpful in getting me financed at as low a rate as possible with one of the local credit unions and said to not hesitate to call him if I had any problems with the credit union, warrantee folks, or DMV while they processed my registration. Speaking of the DMV, when I went to pick my tags up from the dealership, the owner even gave me a high-five. What a guy.

I had been having trouble finding a car that fits all my needs and was slowly giving up because I didnt want to spend too much money or all my time on a dead end. I met Mo when I came into the dealership and he was absolutely outstanding in helping me find a car for me and my family. After just one hour (after a month of dead-ends at other dealerships and online shopping), I found the perfect car and very happily finished the paper work and became the proud owner of a beautiful very clean used car. I came to get the car the next day and I couldnt be happier. Everyone at Crescent Automotive are very sencere in their work and will do their best to fit youre particular preference with the best deal. I know I saved much more money here had I gotten it anywhere else when I had it valued. Ive recommended this place to family members, friends and colleagues how interested in buying a car as I had the best experience with this team. Special thanks to Mo and his team for making the whole process as painless as possible!

I had been looking to get a replacement to my old truck ... I picked a Jeep Grand Cherokee and at first it didnt want to start on its own ... figured it had been siting to long so I went to work with it and i couldnt get it started again ... i called Moe the next day and he said to get dropped off at the lot and he would take me to my jeep and help me get it started < note this is the owner of the lot > ... got to the jeep he got it started right away and told me to drive it straight to his mechanic ... He replaced the battery for free .. only had one other problem that i noticed with a rain water leak and i did some Google searching and trouble shooting and i got it fixed with no out of pocket expense ... i will be back to get another rig from them again ... great guys ... not pushy ... helped with problems that where not obvious. Thanks Moe!!

Great selection of reasonably priced cars/trucks/suvs! Fernando and Antonio treated me well and Im pleased with my experience. I called the lot and requested a carfax, to which they obliged via email (perfect!). I came by the lot and took the vehicle to Randalls automotive across the street for an inspection. I shouldnt have to say this, but ALWAYS GET AN INSPECTION DONE WHEN BUYING A USED CAR! I found out everything was in working order but $1,000+ of routine maintenance was required. I talked them down from the asking price and drove away happy! Bottom line: Protect yourself by getting an inspection and understand that this is a USED car lot where (likely) not much time/money is spent on fixing existing issues with the inventory. I would recommend this place to friends in the future.

The Bad: Exactly 100 miles off of the lot, began to notice a small squeak from the back end. At the 105 mile mark (over a three day period), the rear differential completely failed. I cant believe that it just kinda "happened" that way. I was told that the apparent sealant around the rear diff. was due to routine maintenance. Stupid me. Beware the lemon grove. I was told that the air conditioning would be recharged prior to purchase. It wasnt. The Good: Their customer service was outstanding; was given a good deal (on what appeared to be) a good car. Fernando went the extra mile to get us financing, and knocked the price down to get us off of the lot.

From the moment I arrived on their parking lot I felt welcomed, so professional and friendly. I was probably the most difficult customer they have ever had and they did everything they could to make me happy. They were so amazing, the lengths they went for me was phenomenal, there was not a single person in there that was not helpful. They worked with me so well and I am so grateful for them. I walked out with a car and not felt like I had been taken advantage of, I walked out with a better deal then I had planned on getting. I would recommend them to anyone and I know if I buy another car in the future it will be with them.

Purchased a vehicle from Moe for the 2nd time. Both times Moe did more than just help with payment options and went above and beyond. Ended up totaling first car, went back to see what he could do for me since the 1st time was such a good experience. Told Moe I needed a car asap (for work purposes) and without even signing anything (wanting a model a couple years newer than 1st car) Moe told me he has no problem letting me borrow one for work until we get the paper work stuff figured out!! He went out of his way to try and help, also shows my wife and I nothing but respect. Definitely recommend Cresent. Thanks Moe!
