Buying a New car is painful , I tried the local dealers and almost gave up on purchasing a new car. I thought about fixing my old car , but I faced my second worst nightmare , which is dealing with mechanics . A friend told me about Automobile brokers, which for a small fee do negotiate on your behalf and get you the vehicle you want for a negotiated price . So I searched the internet for auto brokers , the only draw back was , since they deal with multiple vehicles, they were not incline in the product knowledge and could not answer all the detailed questions I asked about the Lexus I wanted to purchase . After calling few, I called IMX Auto , I was greeted by a very nice lady Named Maria and transferred to a sales consultant name Roman, He carefully attended to my questions also connected my call three way to a Lexus fleet consultant . Initially I tried to purchase the vehicle , but the payments were out of my budget, Roman suggested a lease program, He thoroughly explained the details of leasing a car. He customized a lease to my driving habits and gave me a quote , which was approximately $ 75.00 less from my desired monthly amount, After I filled out my credit application , He called me back and confirmed my payments and to my surprise offered to deliver the car to my residence or place of work . When he showed up to my office , he brought along a Lexus certified Representative , who explained all the option , synced my phone and offered me his direct contact info. in case I had any questions about functions of the vehicle . I love my car . I truly appreciate IMX Auto and their staff for making this a painless transaction . I highly recommend , before purchasing your vehicle to contact IMX Auto .

IMX is a breath of fresh air for the car shopping experience. Think of the images you conjure up when imaging car buying... the pushy sales guy, the multi-manager good-cop, bad-cop routine of the pricing standoff and every other cliche features in any TV show or movie depicting the act. Not here. As an out of state buyer from Phoenix, I had even more on the line. If my car buying experience was anything other than what Id hoped for, I was walking right back to Bob Hope Airport and flying home. Im happy to say there was nothing to worry about. The cars are immaculate. Everything I saw at IMX was drop dead gorgeous. Everything was super mint; super clean. The prices are set. If you see a car you like online you simply come in and pay for it. End of story. Out of state buyers take note: the dealership is two miles from the airport. Its so close I decided to walk. My own story: I spoke with Robert Davoodi over the phone on a Saturday and was very excited about a 2013 Beetle with only 23,000 miles. Thats a 4-5 year old car with next to nothing on the clock. He was willing to work with me to ensure the car was there for me on Tuesday when I was able to fly in. A less scrupulous dealership may not have taken the extra time to make this work. Once I got to the dealership, I was out of there in about 30 minutes. I cant say enough good things about IMX or Robert. If you want a stress free car buying experience, consider IMX.

It is not a coincidence that there are hundreds of rave reviews on Google+ and Yelp. What I consider going above-and-beyond customer service: Picking me up from the airport. (I had to fly from SF to Burbank) Pointing out the fact that there is a Porto’s a few blocks away during the test drive. (Had my first potato ball(s) ever and loved it) Introducing me to all the bells and whistles of the car. (Which took some time) Contacting the original owner, who happens to be a repeat customer that lives in the area, and asking him if he could locate the second key. And then the added bonus of having the original owner personally deliver the second key to IMX so that Tiger can mail it to me!!! (who does that?) IMX Auto Group does! So if you see a car on the IMX lot, dont hesitate. I got a fantastic car for a great price. Thank you to Tiger (who sold a record-breaking 19.5 cars last month!) for being so awesome and patient with me. Thank you to Maria for being so sweet during my financing process. And thank you to Zack (the general manager) who came out to personally thank me and give me a few more details about the history of my car.

Amazing experience. I was in the market of finding a new car when my dad (who lives in Pittsburgh) mentioned that he did some research to find a good place to find something I liked. He sent me to IMX and from there I was taken care of completely by Tiger. Not only did Tiger make the experience painless, he sat down and went step by step with me to ensure that what I was getting what I wanted and I understood every form and condition. He gave me a personalized experience, and patiently went through all options and even advice. I cant begin to express how appreciative I am for his dedication to my casr experience. It doesnt stop there, however, due to my crazy schedule I needed to pick up the car on a day that the dealership told Tiger they couldnt deliver the vehicle to IMX. Tiger went above and beyond to make sure that I drove off of the IMX lot in my brand new 2016 Honda Civic that day. The customer service at IMX is second to none. I appreciate the care and hospitality that I was shown through this process and I will be back when it comes time to get a new car. P.S. Tiger, good call on the cosmic blue, definitely the best choice.

I lost two weeks looking for a car in vain. Going from small dealerships just to get disappointed with their selection and high interest. And for some reason, I couldnt trust them too. Finally, I found IMX. They are the real deal! A large professional dealership that treats you and help you like you deserve. It felt like I was getting a new car. Tiger was very helpful for a week and could deliver exactly what we wanted. Maria was great at financing too. Honest, reliable and sweet people. I think were more happy with them that with the car. They put the car on the elevator so we could inspect it from below. The tires were ok, even so, I mentioned something about one of the four, and they replace that tire and one more for a pair of new tires! Just like that! On our first week with the car, we noticed a few really minor issues with it. I called them and they ask the car back. They managed to find the smaller parts and fix it for me. No charge. Its like a new car!!! Soon, Ill have to trade my other one, and IMX will be my place once again. Go get your next car with them too.

I came here to buy a used car. The salesperson, Robert, and the manager, Zack, were both very friendly and not pushy at all. They let me take as much time as I needed to sit in the car, test drive it, and think it over. The CarFax report showed no accidents, but when I took the car to a third-party mechanic, they said that the front and rear bumpers had been replaced and that the replacement parts and the job itself were low quality. I did not expect IMX to know about this replacement. But I was hoping to get a discount on the price due to this. However, IMX does not negotiate, so I could not get a discount. I think that, in general, selling cars for fixed prices without negotiation is a good thing. But since the CarFax report did not reflect the actual accident history of the car, I think that they should have given a small discount. Other than that, I think that they did a great job and I would definitely recommend them. Since I didnt get a discount, Im giving 4 stars. Everything else about the experience was 5 stars, though.
