Me and my fiance had been looking at cars for 3 months when we saw an Acura MDX show up on their page for an absolute steal. After checking it out we knew it would be a fantastic purchase. I mean this thing was clean and priced well below what KBB, Edmunds, and NADA said was a good deal. Now as a 23 year old student with little credit but with a very comfortable financial situation, it seemed like it would be an easy purchase. Unfortunately we were wrong and my lack of credit history with a non-traditional income status meant that I literally could not get financed by a bank on my own. I got some great information and service from Gregory but ended up working with another salesman, Wes. Wes spent over 5 hours with me trying to find a way to get me in this car. He didnt try to trick me(although honestly when a car was priced like theirs was, it makes it a much more pleasurable process) and kept me entertained throughout the wait. When it became apparent that I would have to get co-signed, they held this highly-desirable car with multiple serious leads for me without charge. The help and friendliness of this dealership transcended slimy,successful salesman. I was truly treated like a valuable customer. Their finance manager, Dan, worked tirelessly(5+hours on the phone) to find a bank for me and after greeting the OWNER, even he joined the campaign and that gesture was priceless. When I arrived to purchase my car there was little-to-no pressure on purchasing extra services and theres wasnt a single point in the process that I became frustrated with the transaction. Larsen motors has earned two lifetime customers and as an institution, I havent experienced anything close. I can say with confidence that Wes and Dan are class acts and have made me a happy man.

I wrote a negative review in a few months ago, as I purchased a car that has given me massive problems. The service department was not being helpful so I went elsewhere to have one of the issues fixed. After that review Mr Larsen telephoned me. I explained I had issues within the first week, his service deparment fixed it but made me feel bad about it, I had to go elsewhere a short time later. Mr Larsen got my car into the shop, replaced transmission parts, and fixed the other issue, I had the car back for a few weeks and another issue, and he fixed it again. Seems I just got " That" car, but he is taking care of the problems. I purchased this car as to not have a payment after a catastrophic illness has changed my spending ability. I am glad to revise my review and am also glad that Larsen Motor Company has taken responsibility for a product that they sold. I know that if it continues with issues, they will handle it properly. I went all the way to McMinnville from Gresham because I needed a newer car and Mark Renner set me up with an appointment page so i could easily communicate when i wanted to show up. i.e. traffic. Arriving late I did a full test drive, while my trade in was examined and paperwork could be started. Mark had the whole process moving and I think i kept them past their closing time. Having taken steps to assure he had all the details to give to the financial contract crew paperwork was ready to be finished. Amazing teamwork! Fastest process I have seen! I received a Better Car than I expected, or needed for that matter, at a Superior Price. Delaying my review i have put many miles on my "new" car and am the happy owner of a 2015 Chev Impala ltz limited Ed Lyon

We purchased a 2012 Cadillac SRX from Larsen. We are so glad we decided to shop in this smaller community. Our salesman, Thomas, was exactly the kind of salesperson we dream of. He answered our questions, and went to ask when he didnt know the answer. Coming to a deal was very low stress - no tricks and lies - very straight forward. Weve been back to have a couple extras done to our new car, and find it wonderful that we deal with our salesman when arranging service. We asked for a speedy turnaround, no fault on their part, and they fell over backwards to make our deadline. They actually finished early! I cant say enough how pleased we have been with our experience with Larsen thus far. We expect more of the same.

I bought a used car here and thought I felt something on the test drive but contributed it to rough road then on the way home I noticed a shudder, come to find out it is a bad torque converter and even knowing it was driven off the lot just like that at this point they are refusing to fix it for nothing. They offer $200 and their service department is $400 more then where I take my cars. I have even offered to pay half and not gotten an answer back yet. I dont know if they knew or not regardless it should be repaired as it did come off there lot with a problem. There is a lot more to this story but if it is fixed I would have no problem. Im a senior citizen. I will change my post if they fix it.

Be cautious when going here for service and/or to buy. They ruined my mother-in-laws vehicle when she took it in to be repaired. They couldnt get it fixed so they sent it to Chuck Colvin ford, who said it was beyond fixing after Larsen had it for 2 days. Then they "sold" her another vehicle, just to come to her house in the evening at take it back 4 days later. This is no way to run a car lot! Who takes back a car after papers are signed before the buyer even has a chance to make/miss a payment. What a Joke! Whomever came to take the vehicle back (Thomas) should be fired!!

I recently bought a used truck from Larsen Motors. I found the truck online and began making the deal over the phone. My sales person was Thomas and the sales manager was Dan. They were very helpful working with me answering my questions, sending my pictures of the truck and figuring out the financing through my credit union. Once I had made the 3.5 hour trip to test drive and finalize the deal there was an unknown issue with the truck that appeared upon testdrive. They worked with me to come to an agreement to fix it. Very helpful and pleasant experience.

The Larsen Motors team was very helpful and friendly when my daughters old van broke down on my boyfriends and my trip south. They squeezed us in for a lift up the hoist to assess the damage and didnt charge us for it when it was discerned that the van was basically toast. They helped us to locate a rental car to continue our trip and stored the van for free until my daughter could get there to remove her worldly goods and take the van to a junkyard nearby. Thanks especially to John Noonan, for his great attitude and understanding. Great team.

My experience with Larsen Motors was nothing short of WONDERFUL! We worked with the Internet Sales Manager, Matt Long, who really went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable with every aspect of the car buying process. We actually drove up from Bend to view their vehicle selection, as the prices were right, and they were one of the only dealerships we found that had a large selection of Chevy Impalas. I would recommend working with Larsen, and Matt, if youre in the market to buy a new car!
