The couple that owns and operates this business is delightful. We found a vehicle that was in good condition, the owner was honest about issues he knew it had and prompt about meeting us to show it. But the best part was his integrity in keeping his word. Our condition for buying the vehicle was that he pass it through deq. We put down a deposit, but when those expire and the purchase isnt made, legally he could sell it to someone else. Since the battery had been replaced it caused the van to be unready to be tested by deq until the drive cycle requirements had been met. Long story short he worked for days to get the van through its drive cycles, replaced the converter for free and repeatedly tried to get it ready for testing. Our deposit expired and since we werent picking it up till it passed, he legally could have sold it out from under us to someone whod take it to deq themselves. But he kept his word, took it to deq the moment the ecm showed ready for testing and sold it to us that afternoon. No pressure, reasonable price, very respectful and kind couple. They handled the dmv paperwork and we got our new plates in just over a week. I had a mechanic look over the rig after we bought it and sure enough, great rig, no surprises. In reply to a prior review, we saw zero evidence of racial bias. Im white, the other buyer black and dont speak Spanish, yet we were treated with the utmost respect even though we bought an inexpensive vehicle. We would buy again here.

The dealership itself is very questionable. The office and bathroom are extremely dirty. The office is very tiny and not organized. I spoke to Jose about a 2005 Chevy Silverado 1500. The truck seemed to be in pretty good shape. There were parts that needed fixing, but he was quick to brush those problems away. He was nice enough and after the test drive, I was ready to sit down and talk the price. He was reasonable. The lady there proved to be extremely rude. She was not polite, nor did she attend to good customer service. She was extremely abrupt and would raise her voice higher than it needed to be when negotiating the price. She told me the truck was worth "x" amount of dollars and if I didnt buy it someone would the next day. I just checked Craigslist, the truck is still there. She would not budge on the price and let me walk away when we were $100 apart. She was super rude and I will never suggest this dealership. As I was leaving, I thanked Jose for his help. I told her she is rude and needs to work on her customer service. She yelled at me again and said that I was saying that because of the price. I was not saying that because of the price. I understand business is business (I thought she moved on the price a lot actually), but it was her attitude and tone. Its the attitude of an older lady whos too abrupt and rude to customers. She should never work in sales where an attitude is of the importance.

Was not impressed by the lady who works here. I havent met the man others have mentioned, but apparently its a couple that runs the place. I drove over an hour to see a truck I had spoken to her about over the phone, and indicated then that I wanted to trade in my Jeep. I also told her Id be coming from over an hour away. When I got there she said she didnt like my 06 Jeep Liberty and that because they had one before that had broken down they wouldnt do a trade-in. Well... That would have been good to know. It wasnt even about the fact of the matter or the driving, its a smaller operation and its their operation, they can be as picky as they like. But, as others have said, she was extremely rude and dismissive in our conversation. My first thought was to sell the Jeep myself and catch a ride out there for the truck (it was priced fair and really liked it). But, after speaking with the lady there at the time, I just wouldnt want to do business with her.

Sinaloa Auto Sales exceeded my expectations!! Hands down the best car-buying experience I have ever had. The folks at Sinaloa were very personable, friendly and very straight up with me. Their care for the customer really showed. Hoses attention to details made my purchase the easiest and least stressful car buying experience Ive ever had. I got a great car here and I would do it again in the future.

Havent even had our van for 2 weeks and I am now replacing the transmission. They would not even budge on the price and assured us that it was a good vehicle which is why they wouldnt budge. The lady was very rude and abrupt..... We will never give them our business again, nor will we tell anyone anything good about this shady dealer.....

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Will not sell to anybody unless hispanic, Cars are not in good condition. I would question if they own a valid bussiness licence. Good luck getting a legal tag for those cars too. If youve bought from them, you know what I mean. Avoid this dealer till they get their act together.

Many members of my family have purchased vehicles through this dealer. They have always been very straight forward and trustworthy. They also throw in free oil changes with every car they sell.
