Seven weeks ago we went to Robersons Ford and talked to a Troy that works there about getting the oil changed in my 81-year old fathers 1965 Galaxie 500, Troy said he would order the special zinc additive oil (Royal Purple) right away and call when it came in. SIX WEEKS later we stop by and ask what the hold up is and he says: "Oh! Its been here for weeks, I just forgot!" Real professional service right there, at this point I urged my father to seek another mechanic, why pay dealership prices for an oil change, my father said," Well stick with them since theres now a small transmission hose leak, I want them to look at as well". He finally got it scheduled last week for yesterday (Tuesday, December 16TH) and immediately said theyd need to keep it over night, which I thought sounded very strange for an oil change and a SINGLE hose replacement. I called the following day at 11:30 a.m., at this point theyve had the car for over 24 hours now and they said it would be done around 1:30 and would be around $160.00. My father went to get his car, came back furious and when I asked what was wrong he said the bill was OVER $300!!! Without even calling and asking permission, they went ahead and replaced 2 rubber hoses with steel braided hoses AND put in a cheaper oil than the Royal Purple and still charged my father for the Royal Purple, its in the back of his car now! Absolutely shameless, taking advantage of the elderly. Needless to say, I have found my father a better mechanic than the crooks at Robersons Ford, steer clear! I WILL be filing an official complaint for what its worth, worst customer service Ive ever seen, "I just forgot!" JEEZ!

My family owns all Fords so Im well versed on Ford dealerships. If you have a problem that keeps recurring take it in to a local dealership and get it diagnosed. For this they charge you an arm and a leg, but with any luck you walk away with a reason for the problem and youre not paying for the same repair over and over and over again. Not so with this dealership, probably the worst dealership Ive taken a car to. If you have a warranty from a service performed at another dealership, they will not honor it. If you have a diagnostic they will not put the hefty fee for that toward your repairs. In fact when they perform diagnostics they dont check everything and when you ask why theyll call into question the ethics of the other dealerships youve taken your car to who actually did perform the diagnostic according to code. I was shocked when the service manager started badmouthing the Corvallis dealership and then the Tigard dealership (Landmark Ford), claiming they use non-manufacturer parts. I would never take my car in here again and Im angry enough that I actually filed complaints regarding their non-service and bad behavior.

I have had multiple issues with the service department. Twice while having the oil changed on my black F150 I have picked it up only to find it VERY poorly washed. Both times only about 2/3s of the truck was washed. The rest of it dirty and covered in giant dirty streaks all over the vehicle. It looked better dirty than half clean! Its also very expensive and difficult to get an oil change. Appointments usually need to be made a week in advance, take over an hour, and run about $45. Take it to a Ford dealership with a Quick Lane set up it and you can usually make an appointment that day or for the next day, get out in less time, and save some money. Maybe Robersons should work on their service department. It needs some help.

When we purchased our car it was so unprofessional and exhausting. We had our 3mo old daughter with us and they left us in the lobby for 4 hours without telling us what was going on after taking my current car keys. Finally, we asked for our keys back and left. I didnt hear back from them so I called 2 days later and they said to come by after work to pick up our new car. It was such a hassle. As long as you arent buying a car from them, its an alright place to go. Service dept has always been friendly but not great at getting a hold of you when the work is done.

I had an awesome experience purchasing my new F350 Crewcab through Roberson. Mike and TJ were extremely helpful and no nonsense. They went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. Mike took the time to show and teach me all the new features and how to use them. My parents then came over from Central Oregon to buy a new Explorer this past weekend. They were thrilled at how easy their purchase went. Again, Thank You to Mike and TJ for taking such great care of us! There is no doubt that we will be back to buy from Roberson Ford in the future.

We just bought a 2016 Ford Explorer and we love it. TJ went above and beyond to find the vehicle that I wanted and it is perfect. Mike Kindopp did a great job showing us all the things it has and can do and so far we havent had to call him. He had told us to call him anytime if we had any questions. They both were so helpful and wonderful to work with. This is the second vehicle we have bought from TJ and if we ever buy another one, it will definitely be from him, Mike and Murdock (the dog).

I just bought my dream truck f-150 roush. Mike was my salesman who each time I had a question, took the time to help me and let me test drive it. TJ also negotiated fairly with me. The important thing is that I left feeling like I got a really good deal, which I believe I did. I am so happy and look forward to owning my truck. They werent pushy, they were fair. I cant say how much I appreciate everything. I cant believe I have a roush in my driveway! Thanks to all who helped me and my wife.

Id like to take a moment to commend the entire sales staff at Roberson Albany Ford, and especially Zachary Nesbitt, for their invaluable assistance toward the purchase of my new 2017 Mustang GT. At no point during the negotiation process did I feel pressured to buy. Zachary comported himself very professionally at all times and answered each of my many direct questions with courtesy and patience. Will definitely buy from this superlative dealership again in the future...
