I called to schedule an appointment for my daughter and when asked what kind of insurance she had (Colorado Access CHP) I was told she couldnt be seen on that specific day (11/11/13) because the insurance company is closed and they wouldnt be able to verify her eligibility and benefits. I asked if they could access that information online, or if she could still be seen because I had already called to verify her benefits and again was told NO. I work in a doctors office and we never turn a patient away for services because the insurance company is closed. If the customer service over the phone is any indication of how this office practices medicine then you can be sure that you will not receive my business. Just because a person has state funded health insurance does not make them scum, therefore you shouldnt treat a person that way.

Rude service from the women at the front desk; i was the first person on line, she was more interested in attending to the guy behind me, screwed up my appointment and almost raised her tone to let me know i got it wrong, should have taped the phone conversation where they clearly stated the appointment time, i held my tongue and walked out, will never ever go there, and i am going to share this with every single one of my friends and family in Thornton, we are going to take our business elsewhere.

My family and I have been going here for the last 3+ years, weve never had a problem. Theyve always made sure that they check to find out our specific information with our insurance so there is no gray areas. Theyve always given us tips to make sure we get the maximum out of our insurance and arent paying too much out of pocket. When I urgently needed glasses they did everything possibly to get them there much faster than normal. Theyve always been honest and kind to all 5 of us.

I have been wearing glasses for years and have never felt such "Red Carpet" service as I did the moment I entered this store. Everyone working here has a fantastic attitude, a smile and makes you feel welcomed. Kudos to you guys, especially in this day and age when work ethic and customer service is soooooo lacking!

I went to this store the other day and the workers were so rude they just ignored me. One of the girls there as i walked in threw the book she was reading in drawer there was another girl talking to the DR about patients exams. I want my info to be kept private i would not recomend this place to anyone

One-hour optical was great. I got excellent service and the doctor that I saw was really nice. The selection of eyewear was great. They were fast, professional and efficient. I will definitely go back!
