PLEASE READ UNTIL THE END! Sales person was very helpful got me my first loan im only 20. Got a 07 Fusion with 85,xxx miles on it on 12-8-14. Had some issues on the bumper that we worked out. Took it to service and took them 3 months. Thats right 3 fricken months to replace 2 pieces on a bumper. They ended up having it all day when they finally got the pieces and when I came to get it they cracked the bumper by the fog light a good foot and it was coming undone. Said screw it and left it alone they wouldnt fix it either. Come 3-16-15 it throws a rod. Engine needs to be replaced with 93025 miles on it. No extended warranty was offered to me due to being a "first time buyer". Needless to say 2 days after they ended up taking the car back and getting me a 2013 Chevy Cruze. Higher payments but its better then a $2600 bill for a used engine for a car with 93k on it i thi k right? The sales people seemed nice and helpful but now found out they are a bunch of crooks! Problem after problem with this Cruze now took it into Russ Milne Ford for trade in found out from the carfax report it has structural damage!!! Michaels never said anything to me! They buy ACTIONED OFF CARS WITH ACCIDENTS AND OTHER ISSUES LIKE BEING A CANADIAN CAR. NEVER GO TO THIS S$!%HOLE LOT! This is how they treat MILITARY personel imagine how they will treat and screw YOU! Do yourselfs a favor and steer clear of this joke of a car lot. MIKE CUZAR I HOPE YOU GET WHAT U DESERVE FROM WHAT YOU HAVE DONE TO ME AND TO OTHERS! KARMAS A B$!%# A $16000 car payment and my car was apprasied for $5000. I hope you feel happy screwing me over.

RUN FROM THIS PLACE FAST!!! This place is one big scam, with micheal as the crime boss. They wanted $15k for a suv that blue booked for $9k. So before i bought it for $9k, i told the shady sales kid that i need some type of warranty and he said plainly that since the car had so many miles, (95,000) that they couldnt offer any type of warranty. 3 months later the engine seizes up, ruined. Micheal told me personally that "a warranty was offered to you but you couldnt afford it". I realized at that moment that he just wanted to get me to yell and curse at him so that he could then be done with me. Also just a few days after i purchased the vehicle i began to realize that the sales kid lied about half the features on the car, and the other half started breaking and malfunctioning! I talked to several friends about it and two of them gave me very similar stories. I also talked to a mechanic that used to work there and he said all of the vehicles are bought dirt cheap at auctions and rigged up just well enough to get them sold off their lot at extreme profits. Micheal and his staff become extremely rude and unhelpful after the deal is completed.

What a rip off. Bought a 2008 Chevy Silverado with a warranty of a thousand miles only on the fluids. And if youre going to paint the frame at least you should have scraped the mud off. After 3000 Miles I go get the oil change come to find out transmission fluids bad power steering fluid bad rear and front differential fluid was bad cost me $400 well I guess shame on me. 4 months later the fuel pump started leaking they wanted nearly $900 to fix it I got it done for 420. 2 months after that the body started rusting out. As it got warm the air conditioner is leaking in the radiator condenser so no air conditioning. Then it started to rain the windshield wipers quit working the transmission for that quit working. I owned this vehicle exactly one year and still owe over $15,000. Buyers beware!

I went in for an estimate to get my front bumper put back on, since a couple of minor incidents had loosened it. The woman up front answering the phones was incredibly polite and helpful; however, the service tech who came out and looked at my vehicle was just the opposite! He never spoke to me, never asked what I wanted to have done, and ended up giving me an estimate for $1700! I am a single mom with a small child in this recession-ridden state, and I have NO idea what this guy was thinking! If he had actually spoken to the customer, he could have found out what I needed. As it was, a neighbor was able to pop the bumper back on to its brackets for me FOR FREE. Which would you rather do: be scammed for $1700, or have a neighbor be honest about the repair needed? I will never go back there.

This place is a complete rip-off. I just bought a car used two years ago and it needed to go in for routine maintenance (new struts, tires). I took the car in and they gave me a pretty decent price for what needed to be done. Driving the car the next day, I heard a LOUD squealing noise. Called Michaels to inquire about it and they told me that while they were testing my car, the mechanic NOTICED IT and DIDNT SAY ANYTHING because "It wasnt an emergency." The noise was so loud I could hear it over my music in my car! Unbelievably unprofessional. Oh, and I got my tires replaced? Yup, that was three weeks ago, and I just needed a replacement rear passenger because of a defect in my tire that Michaels wouldnt cover. So thanks for that. NEVER EVER going here again.

My husband saw the 11 passenger van we have been looking for and stopped in to take a quick look. Matt Fraley called that evening and we set up a time that worked with my busy schedule (as a foster parent of 6 plus one of our own we are very busy). I came in spent some time with Matt went back to work than picked up our new van that same evening. By the way it was the eve of Thanks Giving and we were going to have to take 2 different vehicles to get to our family gatherings the next day, but Thanks to Matt and all he did for us we drove away that very same day in our perfect new van! I cant say enough about all he has done for us. Thank you Matt and God Bless you

Received "winning" promotional material in the mail from Michaels way after the fact since we dont check our mail every single day, and with what was only a potential two day window of short notice (you can only redeem prizes during the event) to make a half hour drive over to Gibraltar in Mount Clemens. The fine print specifies they cannot even tell you what you have won over the phone, so you know if its even worth the cost of gas to make what could be a fairly long trip. Seems to be a pretty shady way to get people to come in, overall.

After searching all the local dealers my wife and i decided to give Michaels a try. After looking at a few different cars we went with a 2013 ford fusion with the 1.6 ecoboost and only 18,000 miles. The car has been amazing my wife loves it. It now has almost 40k and is still running great. Our salesman Chris Vansullen was friendly, professional and helped us with any questions along the way. I would recommend Michaels to a friend. Good price, great service. Ill be buying from Chris again!
