We just had a wonderful experience with Orie of American Auto Sales. We were looking for an F250 diesel to haul our camper and one of the first trucks we looked at was on his lot. We test drove the truck and pointed out a couple of issues with it which Orie assured us would be repaired - at his cost - if we decided to buy. After negotiating a very fair price for the truck, we explained that we felt we should look at some other vehicles we had found online before committing. Orie had no problem with this, and although we looked at several other lots, we returned to purchase from Orie because we found no one else as willing to negotiate with us on pricing or willing to make repairs on any issues. Once we committed to buy, we mentioned some cosmetic things that we would want to replace on the vehicle, and Orie quickly agreed to purchase them for us at his cost. Then he totally detailed the truck (on a used lot?!? usually unheard of or they offer just a wash!) AND filled the tank, in addition to telling us to call him directly if we had any issues. Highly recommend that you check with Orie if you have need for a good used vehicle and want great customer service with the deal!

A salesperson by definition is nothing more than a person who sells goods or services. I would say that about 95% of sales people fit that definition to the T. However, this week my family and I had the opportunity of meeting one of the 5% that are left in this world where money does not drive people to become "salespeople". Having been a retail manager for quite a few years I know that people flock to you when you are genuine. They come back because you care and they dont ever disappoint. Their loyalty is unchanging. Well we just became very LOYAL customers of Shanes and America Auto. I never imagined meeting someone who cared and I sure didnt imagine meeting a whole team of people that would go above and beyond. They may just consider it their "job" but for us and our family Shanes generosity, caring, and unwavering help in our situation changed our lives. We will be forever grateful to you! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Regardless of what our car future holds - as long as we are in Florida it will always include you!!!

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THESE SCAM ARTIST! THEY WILL DOUBLE TALK YOU AND SAY WHATEVER POSSIBLE TO GET YOUR MONEY. I PURCHASED A VEHICLE FROM THEM AND I DIDNT EVEN DRIVE IT FOR 5 HOURS STRAIGHT UNTIL THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON, THE FUEL CAP SENSOR STARING GOING OFF, AND THE ELECTRONIC LOCKS STARTED ACTING UP. AFTER HAVING THE VEHICLE FOR 2 DAYS I FOUND OUT THAT IT DIES EVERY TIME I TURN HARD TO MAKE A U TURN, THE BACK WINDOW LEAKS HORRIBLY WHEN IT RAINS, AND THE CD PLAYER JAMS WHEN YOU TRY TO EJECT A CD. I UNDERSTAND WHEN YOU BUY AS IS, IT MEANS AS IS BUT CLEANING THE COMPUTER AN SELLING LEMONS TO HARD WORKING PEOPLE ARE TWO DIFFERENT THINGS. SAFE YOURSELF, SAVE YOUR MONEY, AND DONT CAUSE THE STRESS AND HEARTACHE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO PURCHASE A USED VEHICLE!!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would Ill never shop here theyve lost my business and its a darn shame because Ben has such poor customer service..! To each their own but I strongly urge you shop somewhere else they made it sound like I had a deal with them and I was to go pick up the truck the day I was supposed to go pick up the truck they sold it right out from underneath me after they assured me we had a deal ..!!! Big waste of time dont give these people your money ..!!

These guys are awesome. The owner is a very genuine guy. He came up to me and personally thanked me for doing business with him. I am sure he is a busy guy as his phone kept ringing and ringing, but he took time to get to know me, and we even joked around and laughed. Greatest customer experience Ive had in awhile and I would recommend anybody come here!
