A decent place to find Indian clothes. Unfortunately, its also chaotic and disorganized. I paid $2000 for a bridal lengha that the proprietor took to India to have tailored for me. I specifically requested that, after the alterations were completed in India, the lengha be returned to me in South Florida via FedEx so that it was not lost. Despite the astronomical price tag on the lengha, the owner still had the chutzpah to charge me an additional $20 to cover the FedEx charges. Despite this additional charge, the lengha was returned to me: (1) inappropriately altered and way too tight, and (2) via standard U.S. Mail. Thats right: a $2000 garment, that the owner knew to be a bridal lengha, was placed in the mail without a second thought, despite my having paid for FedEx delivery. I would never return to this establishment.

I love Prerana! I have come here for every dress and occasion I was going to. They are extremely friendly and makes you feel like family. They have great deals and will work with you. I feel like they have more varieties than any other stores Ive been to from dresses, jewelries, and etc. If there is something you want to fix on the dress they will do it! They are true to their words. They do an amazing alteration job and are fast about it. I enjoy coming here and looking forward to every visit. Thank you for making me feel beautiful and very happy customer!!

One staff dropped the outfit l was buying and the other older woman walked over and stood on it behind the counter. I told them l wanted it then the older woman stepped off and the younger said "sorry" l spent more than the next customer they put in front of me to check out.... I said nothing....and they packaged hers nicely in individual clear bags and my two were put in a white thank you sack. I wont be back.
