SHORT ANSWER: Avoid this place. Longer review: On a Friday, I purchased a number of items for my wife, for her birthday. Some of them were "special price" items and the sign said "no returns/sales final" and I was hesitant until the woman said she would make a note in her system that they could be returned or exchanged since I was buying them for my wife (and I watched her go to the computer). She seemed very friendly during the sale. 2 of the 3 items were fine, but one fit really oddly and when my wife returned to exchange it a week or so later, she was told that she had to have returned the Saturday immediately following my purchase, Then she suggested my wife regift the shirt to someone. She was rude and smarmy throughout the exchange. As if the proprietors behavior wasnt bad enough, Ive since found out that most of her clothes arent boutique or custom at all, but can be found in a number of chain stores, too.

SHORT ANSWER: AVOID My wife tried to return an item to Cascade Boutique but rather than offer any help, the owner shrugged it off. The owner admitted the store had issues with the item. Instead of running the quality problem up the supply chain (since it was a systemic issue) she told my wife it was her problem. The woman was rude and unhelpful during the whole conversation. @ChagrinFalls Land - Thanks for the tip. Well shop in Beachwood from now on. If you keep treating customers this way soon enough youll be declaring Chapter 11. Common sense would dictate as a business owner sometimes eating (some) of the cost of an item pays dividends later.

Buyer Beware! The proprietor will be very friendly, helpful and courteous during the sale. Personal experience has shown this not to be the case when making a timely return of an unsatisfactory product. Clothing that shrinks and becomes unwearable after being laundered explicitly as directed is unacceptable! Also unacceptable is a proprietor who is rude and fails to stand behind the quality of the garments sold in her boutique. Not only will I not return to this store, but I will recommend that my family and friends avoid it as well.

Very disappointed. I purchased a dress, washed it per the instructions on the tag, and the dress length shrank while the lining remained the same. The saleswoman stated that the dress was a promotional item that theyd had "trouble with" but this problem was not representative of the store. She would not stand by the quality of the items sold in her shop and accept the dress as a return (it was still within 60 days). I do not recommend this store.

SHORT ANSWER: Shop this store. Great selection of one of a kind items not found elsewhere. Buyer has excellent fashion sense. As far as return policy, it is noted on the receipt and is typical for small business in the area. If you want unlimited returns after wearing items or not following washing instructions, try a big box retailer.

I loved this boutique. Friendly staff so happy to help; not pushy, just super nice. I stopped in with a girlfriend in late August. She said this was one of her two favorites in Chagrin Falls. I came away with a beautiful, unique outfit I will enjoy for years to come. Thanks, gals!

Stopped by the store to find a last minute birthday present for my girlfriend. The owner was super helpful and picked out a skirt and some unique jewelry that my girlfriend absolutely loves - great experience, easy shopping, will definitely go back!!
