So last Saturday, January 23rd, 2010, I went with some friends to go find "the dress". First, we went to Orlando and found nothing. Then, my friend checked her blackberry for places on the way home and Angeliques came up. Being a plus sized girl, its hard to find something that fits right and looks good. So I had one of my BMs call and see if they had plus sized gowns, and in turn, they said they did. We got to the boutique and I looked for a gown in my size to try on. I found one and on the rack it didnt look like it had much to it but I thought Id try anyway. Angel helped me get the dress on and laced me up and when I looked at myself in the mirror I felt like a princess. THe dress made me look literally 30lbs lighter! It fit my form well and the taffeta material will be perfect for my outdoor wedding :) *AND THE GOWN IS ONLY $699!!!!!!* Can you believe that?! Thats such a great price!!! They require half down for bridal gowns which is completely reasonable so, I am saving up and with my next paycheck Im going to go back and try the dress on again and then put half down and have them order it! Angel was super nice to me and I did not feel awkward at all or out of place when she helped me get the gown on. She was very helpful and encouraging. I will be going back in a few weeks :)

I had a fantastic experience with Angelique Bridal and Formal! They offered personalized and friendly service. The wedding gown I went with was actually picked out for me to try on by the consultant I worked with, Yalda. I absolutely loved the dress and felt amazing in it on my wedding day! They measured me and ordered my dress and it hardly needed any alterations when it arrived. They just did the hem for me and did some minor alterations at the bust line so that it sat perfectly on me. They also did all five of my bridesmaids dresses and they look fantastic. Most only had minor alterations and one didnt need anything altering at all. The only one that needed a bit more in the way of alterations was pregnant and had ordered a size larger so she would have room for alterations because she was planning to be pregnant by the wedding. They did a great job with that one and the dress fit her really well! I highly recommend Angelique Bridal & Formal by Michelle! They are always warm and welcoming when you come in and they will work hard to find you the perfect dress!

Just want to spread a little advise to anyone that may be shopping for a wedding dress. DO NOT bother to go to Angeliques Bridal in Winter Haven. I was there with my niece looking for her dress. After trying on only three dresses, the girl informed her that they probably didnt have what she was looking for, so there was no reason for her to try any more on. We had pulled six dresses. You would think they would try to make the sale. Im not sure what the reason was for the sales associates rudeness, but I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Liz was obviously upset and that is not okay when you are shopping for your wedding dress. Just thought Id put this out there so everyone will k now what to expect if you go to Angeliques.

Im uncertain about the ethics of this company. I have had a few bad experiences but was asked to go back for their services for a bride. Once again I was extremely disappointed in the product that was much more expensive through Angeliques as well as the dress size being ordered way too big. This proved to be the case with the rest of the girls in the bridal party. This dress should not have needed any alterations due to it simply just fitting at the bust but they ordered the wrong bust sizes for the bridesmaids after measuring us at the store. I also called to discuss the measurements taken and was told they would return my phone call but they never did. Shop around and save yourself time, stress, and money.

I went to multiple places to try on dresses for my wedding and found Angeliques to be the boutique that was the most attentive and helpful during my hunt for "the dress." The boutique is well maintained and clean, all of the ladies working there were professional, and the selection was fantastic. Robin pulled several dresses for me and was so professional, helpful and patient during the whole process. She listed to my concerns about the dresses I tried on and ended up finding me just the right dress! The ordering process was simple, the alterations went smoothly, and I couldnt have been more pleased with the service there. Thank you Robin and all of Angeliques Bridal Boutique!

Everyone at Angeliques was fantastic, but Maria, well, she was spectacular. Just being in the same room as her made me so thankful and really made the experience of the first, second, and final fitting of the dress amazing. I got my dress at Kleinfelds, so I wanted to make sure the alterations were perfect. Not only were they, but she added a bustle and made the dress fit my body perfectly for the day of! We also forgot the shoes there when we went, and they held onto them until the day of! They made the day of less stressful and I know that I will be recommending them to anyone who asks! Great job, and I hope that everyone has the same outlook on life as Maria does! :)

I cant say enough about the Ladies at Angelique Bridal.i needed to find a wedding dress with very short notice for my Elopement it was just a few weeks away. They were Amazing! I called and went in on my lunch hour and they were a Great Team. All working together. It was a Beach theme. I had told them my theme and my size. They had a great selection chosen and waiting for me to try on when I arrived. Believe it or not I selected the perfect dress that day. They went above and beyond to get the Alterations done in time. The Price was great.too! I could not have had a better dress experience. Dont hesitate to visit this shop. They are a great bunch of ladies

I recently stopped by Angelique without an appointment to check out their wedding dresses. I was greeted by Yalda who was more than happy to help me. I told her what I was looking for and she brought me many dresses to try on, every single dress was beautiful. Not only did I find my dress that day but I was highly impressed with how the staff treated me! I have never written a review but a week after I bought my dress I received flowers delivered to my home from Angeliques thanking me for coming there. Ive been to many bridal shops and can say Ive never received as good of service as I did at Angelique!!

I had a chance to visit the boutique as a client and speak to the owner and the staff, they are very knowledgeable. The place is very organized, clean and it is by appointment only but is worth it. They treat you good and make feel comfortable. The store carries dresses up to a size 28, I think that is important to have all sizes especially in Bridal. You have to stop here if you are in the WinterHaven area to shop for dresses and it may even be worth driving from Tampa to see it and make it a day. Dont forget to call and make an appointment before you drive down there. Sending everyone I can there.
