After 2 weeks of waiting, Ive come to the conclusion that Bob had no intention of being a man of his word. I came in to check out a chevy pickup truck, but a 2009 ford f-350 caught my eye. Bob quoted me $18,000 for it, started it up and let us check it out. Everything seemed fine and Bob seemed nice. I decided to apply for financing before taking it for a test drive (dumb mistake on my part). He ran my credit and told me hed see what he could do for me. He called me 2 hours later and delightfully gave me the news that I was approved for the loan. I drove back and decided to test drive the truck... well, there was a complete lack of power in this diesel truck, the air conditioning didnt work and after driving it 5 minutes there was a ton of white smoke coming from the exhaust. I even tried flooring it and the response time was about 3 seconds before it accelerated with very little power. Obviously upset at myself for wasting my time I went back to the dealership and informed Bob of the issues, he assured me not to worry and he was shocked that something was wrong with it. He said hed take it to the shop first thing Monday and call me Monday. I told him if he could fix it or at least tell me what was wrong with it that I was still interested. He assured me it was no big deal and he would call me Monday and get it checked out... well, 2 weeks later... 0 phone calls from Bob... and to make matters worse, he updated his Craigslist post for that vehicle today for $995 more than he quoted me. Bob had no intention of calling me because he knows theres got to be an easier target to dump that truck onto. Very displeased. Your word is your bond.

I cant tell you how wonderful our experience was with the team at Suburban Auto, Utica. We scoured our local area for a good full size truck, and couldnt seem to find one, with our price. My husband was surfing the Internet and found this beautiful 2003 Dodge 1500 that was on their site. I drove there Tuesday, put a deposit down and this team worked so hard to bring us the deal that was the best ever. They made sure everything was right and made this sale happen. As a women I so appreciated the emaculate conditions of the office, both inside and out. The profession way the team dressed and the passion they all have to serve their customers. This dealer sold me a salvage vehicle under a green title. They are scammers, they lied, and said it was a clean car no accidents, only two previous owners. Turned out to have 13 owners, and had been salvaged 1st year of 1st ownership. I should have done my homework yes. But still it is not okay to sell a green title when its actually a savage car.
