This place is a joke. I dont even know where to start. I bought a vehicle from Mike online.I was told the paperwork would only take a couple days. Not true, over a week later. The navigation in the car was dead and useless so his brother calls and said he would replace it or refund me $250 and I can take care of it. So I agreed on the the refund. After doing some digging and calling local repair audio install shops, I was looking at $1400.00 uh nope. So I called Mike and he put his brother on the phone. I told him to install it and to "Make sure it worked as it would factory( steering wheel controls, etc.)". He said it would be after market but he would make sure. He did not install the radio steering wheel interface so I do not have steering wheel controls. So I looked deeper into this hack job. The factor plugs for the amp were cut and hard wired. So now I have to fix this($145) just me doing the work. Now I was told the car would be detailed, upon finaly receiving the car it was filthy and the paint is badly oxidized, never detailed obviously didnt. Thats gonna cost me $375 just to start the paint restore. Now also after looking at the interior, the back seat was not bolted down. You can litteraly take it out. So I text Mike about how disappointed I am, just to be told hes sorry and that those are "Minor issues". Before i forget, the driver side muffler was just dangling there. Luckily it was just out of the rubber hanger for some reason. So after washing the car to see how bad the paint actually was, I noticed that the tires I was told were good are indeed dry rotted($579) and the rear studs are broken and seized. After telling Mike that the seat is a safety concern he told me to take it to a local collision shop for an estimate to repair it. That would be fine if I ever receive my title.I was told the car would be picked up on a sunday and delivered on monday. After wasting my time waiting for a delivery that never showed up untill that Wednesday at 6am in the morning. I am not even going to go into all the runaround I got on that nonsense. Ive been put through the ringer and hung out to dry. The title was supposed to be a couple days remember, no over a week and thats me staying on top of its where abouts. Finally told it will be next day aired, nope still waiting.I told Mike I am sick of the excuses and I want my title today or the next no more excuses. He loses his cool and tells me hes been nothing but good to me. Really? I have all the messages and info to back my story and I am more than willing to make this viral. All the negative reviews online and here, you should really consider it. This isnt how business is done. There website says have a enjoyable car buying experience, not so much at all. Enjoy being taken advantage of. Buyers really need to beware. Also I havent even had this car state inspected yet so who knows what else lies ahead.

Almost EVERY experience was HORRIBLE. Going here was the absolute WORST experience i have ever had with buying a car. I dont know where to even begin. The customer service was horrible. I left a deposit on a car that I was later told a trash man had ran into it. A Mazda was brought in I was told how much I would love it with a third row seat. NOT the third row was made for toddlers. I was told "I got you a two year warranty" Yeah I think these are required via CA but he failed to tell me in reality "I GOT the warranty. Im paying for it. I was told to come down to the office he would be ready to do the paperwork. i waited an hour out of the office and another inside the office with SO MANY RUDE interruptions. I was told the Stability Trak would be taken care nothing to worry about, maybe NOT for you youre not driving it. Still malfunctioning, radio doesnt work properly. I turned on the back wiper and it fell to pieces. Obviously the hubcaps werent secure they fell off within 12 hours along with the louvers which is needed to keep out the rain. I was looked at like I stole them and put them in my purse.the car has an AWFUL scent. I was told that would be handled. I was told the tags and plate was including dont worry about bringing my own. At the end of the deal I was told it would cost over $100. If financing DON"T the finance charge will be almost the same as the price of the car. I was told I could use a voucher at one point to be told later I couldnt. I will definitely be waiting for this vehicle to fall under a real "SOUR LEMON" if you are in a pinch, desperate, dire position and need a car, they will help you but weight the hassles in the end and at what cost to you.I wouldnt recommend this dealership. I needed a car quickly and I am very sorry I did business with them. They are not truthful and they do not care about the quality of the vehicles they sell or you as a human. Unless maybe the vehicle you are buying is high end and priced. they run the business like a meat market. Do not make the same mistake I made. Have the repairs made before you hand over $$ and sign. Or better yet go anywhere else but Ford Road Motor Sales for a more professional and experienced used car dealership experience!!!! I should have went with my gut when I walked in. My gut told me to leave and go elsewhere. Im extremely distraught, disappointed and disgusted with myself and the vehicle. I see bankruptcy in the future.

We went in and were greeted but everyone was so busy that no one really helped us for a good 15 min, then finally we were able to test drive the car, as we were out driving we found several issues with the vehicle, so once we got back we informed the salesman of the issues, and as hes talking to us hes also on the phone and talking to other customers as well, def didnt have his full attention at all, actually no one came over to talk to us and find out what we really wanted, so after talking to the saleman, letting him know what was wrong with the car, he says hed take a look at it, and we told him we were there to pay straight cash (I guess thats why we didnt get help from anyone because they make their money off of financing not off of cash customers), so he basically told us he wasnt going to fix what was wrong with the car and that we could basically take it or leave it, cause it really didnt seem to matter to him at all. Its very sad that we couldnt even get someones attention for 5 min at this place and Im not really sure why but we were VERY unsatisfied with their business ethics because we actually LOVED the SUV but he didnt want to do anything to help us and didnt want to fix the issues (one of the main issues was the back tail light out and an electrical issue, sorry but Im not going to buy a used car from a dealership with issues before I even drive it off the lot) so I def DONT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE!!!! I guess if your going to finance and pay out the butt for a car then this is your place but Im not going to be taken advantage of either and thats what we felt he was trying to do. We literally were there for almost 2 hours and couldnt get 10 min of anyones attention to try and buy a car, very upsetting, and then for another saleman to come out as we were leaving upset and says to us "oh your not buying the car?" We say "no theres issues with the SUV and the first guy said they arent willing to fix the issues", he says "Oh its a great car with nothing wrong", I said "oh there sure are things wrong with it but no one wanted to take the time to talk with us or walk out to the car and look at the issues." He mumbled something under his breath as he walked passed us, so to me they basically just wanted our money and that was it, not helpful and def not recommending this dealership to ANYONE!!!!!! VERY SAD!!!!!!
