The only reason there is a star at all is because there wasnt another choice. On Wednesday we called to ask if a certain Escalade was on the lot still so that we could come see it. We have quite a drive from the West side so we didnt want to waste the drive. We were told that due to the weather it wasnt a good day but to come first thing Thursday morning. Yesterday we made the drive and when we entered the office of this small little dealership no one was in there. For 10 minutes we waited and watched a guy in a plow truck talking on the phone. He finally hung up and came inside and apologized with a million excuses. We asked about the Escalade and he informed us that the owner drove it home the previous day and wasnt coming in that day, despite us being TOLD to come in and see it. He called the owner but he refused to bring it in. So we made a long trip after being instructed to do so only to find that the owner couldnt be bothered with bringing the car we wanted to the lot. We left and drove south a mile or two and bought an Escalade from a real dealership who actually wanted to sale a car that day. I should also note that as we were leaving the M53 dealership, a guy was using a battery charger to start the vehicles on the lot. We watched him jump start two cars that were for sale. Do NOT waste your time going here. Unprofessional and after seeing the battery charger I think the owner did me a favor.

Our family purchased a 2007 Honda Odyssey from M53 this October. Wally took care of us from start to finish. Low to no pressure when we were investigating. Understanding and patient with us and our 4 young kids as we took an extensive test drive. As we were talking, he even discussed the plus and minus of some of the other vans were considering. The van we purchased was in need of new tires, a roof rack and had few other minor issues. Wally was understanding, took those things into consideration and was willing to negotiate a fair deal for both parties. They even gave us a good trade in value for our 2001 Chrysler Town and Country. If you are used car shopping, go see Wally at M53 Auto.

I bought a 2004 impala here for full price with the warranty. 2 months later I started having serious overheating problems and when I took it in I was told they never did the paperwork for the warranty so I didnt have one. They offered me $300 back. After having the engine looked at there was a freeze plug leaking so I decided to take their offer. Once the freeze plug was replaced it was discovered that I had a blown head gasket and to cover it up someone had dumped a ton of stop leak in it. I wish I didnt take their offer of $300 and had taken legal action.

Worst experience Ever! I would not recommend anyone to this car lot. They take advantage of women and are liars.. My daughter purchased a car from there and the second week she had it, it started giving her problems... And of course they cant do anything about it.... However they did get the right key pad coded to the car, but wht about the other issues. Nope, thats her problem now. Terrible place! The only reason they have ok reviews is because they tell thier customers to give them good reviews. They dont deserve one star.

One word..... Incredible, I came in and was treated like royalty. It took less than an hour and I drove off in my Audi A4. I am in awe every time I think about how great Wally treated me. His service was impeccable and professional. The facility was very clean. He was honest and caring. Not to mention fast!!!!! I will send any person who needs a vehicle to them. My note stayed in my price range and I have gap insurance and a warranty on my hot new ride. Thanks guys!!!!! You have one very satisfied happy customer!!!!!

Just bought a 2013 Ford Escape from here. The guys running the place made me feel good about myself even though I knew my credit wasnt too good. They made the deal happen & got me approved! I was skeptical of a used car dealership because you hear all the bad things about how they dont care about you, theyre just out to make money. Im sure a business does want money, but this one added good customer care to their business. I highly recommend them.

We just bought our 2nd vehicle here today a gorgeous 2008 GMC Yukon. Great price and excellent customer service from Wally. Go and see Wally or Mike for a great deal on a pre-owned vehicle. They treat you like family here. We bought a 2004 Chrysler Pacifica in great condition for a great price. Mike was super friendly and great to deal with. Lots of nice cars on this lot. Go and check them out.

They were terrible dont buy any car from this delers. After you buy the car you will get lots of problem. And they wont cover anything. And they gonna promise you before you purchase the car they will fix everything if you get any problem. But they dont.
