I just purchased a used vehicle from here in December. At first I was working with one salesman who stated during the test drive that he was including the 3year service warranty and gave me the numbers with that warranty and gap coverage included. I came in the following week with my down payment and signed the paperwork with another salesman because the original salesman was off. The salesman I was passed off to said all of 10 words to me the entire 4-5 hours I was there. I had to wait an additional 1.5 hours for them to fix a valve stem leak in one of the tires..should have been a red flag. I have had to put air in all 4 tires about every other day. I discussed the issue when I took it in for an oil change and was told nothing was wrong. Fast forward to a few days ago, the car started overheating&the heat didnt work so I took it to the service center. Tire pressure censors shot, heater core& assembly shot, over $2700 in repairs. This was a shock to me because I was told I had a 3year service warranty. Come to find out they didnt include it in my paperwork unbeknownst to me. I spoke with the sales manager who tried to say that he told me it wasnt included with my loan the day I came to pick up the car(which he did not). So I had to purchase a service warranty(an extra $113/month) and I have to wait 30-45days for it to go into affect. I was given a loaner car and told I wouldnt be charged for the repairs due to their error. Im thankful for that, but the simple fact remains that these salesmen are shysters. Good thing I have been in sales for 14+years and recognize sales tactics and rebuttal methods and I am also aware of the sales laws and had they not remedied the situation, my next step was to contact the BBB and have them investigated. Needless to say once Im finished paying this car off I wont do business with this dealership again......UPDATE..Picked car up today and the heating still isnt working when that was suppose to be repaired....UPDATE 2/12/16.....car back overheating and heat not working...mind you they had my truck for a few days2weeks ago allegedly fixing the issue..now here we are two weeks later and the same issue...so now Im about to have to come out of my pocket for the deductible on my service plan when I feel I shouldnt have to pay for anything...had they just fixed the issue in the first place like they alleged that they did everything would be fine....so irritated with this purchase. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from this dealership again

This dealership tries to cheat you in leases. I understand the bank allows then at add intrest but most reputable dealers give the best rate to sell the vehicle. They do this even to chysler employees and then try to lie about it when asked. Example I went in looking to lease a new vehicle from the guy at the desk to the right of entrance I believe his name was Brian, After fumbling numbers and continually going to talked to other workers to give me numbers he comes back telling me the lease would be between xxx-xxx a month. First that should have been a sign every other lease I have had you get an exact price. After I received the price I asked for the residual and he said 73% that this vehicle (charger scat pack) has amazing value. I ask then for the rate and its at this point he starts making excuses of "not having it not sure ummm ummm" B.S. Since it took so long to just get the price I didnt have time to argue and said I would let him know and left.... After further review with a 73% residual and the monthly payment he stated it came out to an insane intrest payment of almost 11% or money factor of .0045. That was about 3x in intrest then the amount of principle. I tried to call the dealership on this leaving messages and no call back. A couple weeks later I went to another dealership and this dealership (suburban dodge) gave me the correct price which was about $200 less a month. This is sad that this dealership does this practice with leases. Long story short be very very careful leasing from them if you have to.

These people are ripping and cheating off customers. I took my car for repair. After diagnosing it Keith called me with the price. The price was a little much and I was hesitant. So Keith offered me a lower price by using his so called "employees discount" for parts. I was still hesitant, so he offered me his "employees discount" for parts as well. I told him Ill think about it. (Btw I already made up my mind about not fixing it because I had this instinct Im getting ripped off from the get go) I figured if I go there in person and tell them right there on the spot that I dont want to fix it they will not have time to mess up things. But I got there and told Keith I dont want to fix it. He said ok. He went inside to talk to someone and I didnt see him for about 6 minutes. He came back with my car. As soon as I seen my car, I knew the sound its making is new. I asked him whats that sound. He said he doesnt know. I didnt have any proofs they did anything to my car. So I just drove off. After driving for shout 1 mile, the car stopped on me. It wouldnt drive. I had to tow it to my regular mechanic. My regular mechanic said the dealer unplugged something that has to do with a vaccum ( something like that, sorry I forgot what exactly my mechanic said). These cheaters, unhonest people should be ashamed of themselves, I will never go to them ever again. EVERYONE PLEASE STAY AWAY.

Arrived at the dealership, and spoke to a gentlemen named Derrick. He asked me what I was looking for and I had told him. Before that a guy named Jacob had also asked me what would I be interested in. I told him this a week before I had stopped in we can get top dollar for mine so I agreed to come in. He asked me what was I looking to get for my current truck and he said Obviously its poor communication skills at the dealer. So he did not bother to tell Derrick what I was looking for as in Year and Price Range. Right away I felt This isnt going anywhere. Derrick tried to getting me into a 2014 and 2016 Dodge Ram. Dont think so...was out of my range. Went back inside and was looking possibly to trade in my truck. He said I wont get the asking price for mine due to the year and features. I started speakin my mind...I told him well what you expect for the year. He really didnt have much to say. He started comin at me with this commentary so I decided to speak my mind and make my comments right back. Never again, this is why I hate dealing with dealerships. Its all about Trust when it comes to these people. I know how they work. They try to get you in a new ride or something else that your not comfortable with. Inless if its a hot girl walks through the door, they give them all the attention and deal they want Anyone else...your just a number..
