If I could give this place zero stars I would!! As Im really confused why they decided to not sell me a car. Everyone was super nice but there is definitely some funny business going on here!!! After a week of deciding and test driving several cars, I finally made up my mind for a 2009 Pontiac G6. I put $2500 down with $300 still needed( Which They were allowing me to pay the following Friday). Right before I was headed to pick up the car I was told because of the amount of driving I did for my job I did not qualify for the service warranty. I would now need to put down 50% and pay of in 18 months. I REALLY wanted the G6!! I told the person on the phone I had a service contract with USAA and I would call and see if they would cover the vehicle. They were very clear that I now could not drive away with the car with out 50% which was fine. After researching and gathering the additional $1000 in cash I headed to the lot to make my purchase. I couldnt get the G6 it had 159,000 miles USAA would cover it with an additional warranty. When I arrived to make the purchase the employee said well you must have an additional $1000 which I had. He wasnt expecting that and could barely look me in the eye as he told me the owner no longer wanted to do business with me

Funky stuff going on, I tested drive a car they have I wanted to pay in cash for everything, I asked the guy to let me have the car for 30 minutes to go to my friend hes an auto technician, he said no I cant do that, I gave him the option of sending someone with me and Ill pay them 30 bucks for the 30 minutes he still refused to let me take the car or sending someone with me, Im sure whoever working in that building none of them make 1 dollar in 1 minute, I loved the car I liked how they treated me, but when I asked to run codes check on the car and he refused that throw me off.

If I could give negative stars I would. A week after buying a vehicle from them that they strongly recommend about having impeccable maintenance I took it to a local mechanic to find out my whole front brake system was locked up and over heating TO THE POINT WHERE IT WAS SMOKING AND ALMOST CAUGHT ON FIRE because the brake hoses collapsed. Then when I brought up the issue to the owner Tim he was disrespectful, tried saying that I caused the problem, and recommend that I disconnect the ABS unit, and failed to stand behind his product.

Got my 2002 Ford escape from here love the truck I payed cash they gave me a heck of a deal I thought because Im young and went in by myself they would try and get over on me that was not the case I only gave it a four Star because Ive put alot of money into it recently but it is 14 years old and its a used car heck Ive bought a refrigerator that cost more than my car and its pretty and Im rolling, definitely would recommend this dealership k-bye

I am so glad I found these people. I purchased an 02 Expedition from them last August and I love it. They dont hound you for payment. You have a 10 day grace period from the time your bill is due. The only reason I didnt do 4 stars is because I cant pay my note with my debit card so I have to go out there to pay it. Kenneth Rogers, I dont understand your negative experience at all. These are the nicesest car people I have EVER dealt with.

I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy! Bought a car from here and its been nothing but trouble since then, not even six months later , the engine went bad. If i could give this place zero stars, i would also. They are a rip off! Rigging the cars up just to take your money. Be careful folks! Spend your money elsewhere!!!!! (Rip off!! Rip off!! Rip off!)

Terrible Company stay away at all cost 50% down which pays the amount they paid for the vehicle then thy look for any reason to pick the vehicle up and resell it on a different lot which they own . They take advantage of people with bad Credit! Stay away.
