I gave it 2 stars only because we did get a good deal on my engagement ring, and I have been treated relatively well whenever Ive had issues with MY ring. However I just went through such an ordeal with getting my husbands ring resized. They told me I would need to give them his ring to exchange it and they would need to order in the new size, totally understandable. It would be 6-8 weeks for whatever reason. I understand that too. Around 6 weeks I checked in and was told they would call me when it came in and that it could be another two weeks, which again is fine since I called right at the minimum time. At 8.5 weeks I called and was told they didnt know what happened. And would call me back the next day after it was looked in to, never got a call back. I waited a week and called again, got the same response and didnt get a call back. I waited another few days to call again. The man I spoke with said he was the manager and that he would personally call me back the next day after he made a call to the retailer. Again no call. I called another try days later. Spoke with the same person who said he had called me back (checked my phone log and nobody had called) and said it would be in this week. I did get a call yesterday and the ring was in and picked it up today. Such a pain. Terrible customer service. I told my husband to deal with it himself if he needs to do it again

If I could give it zero stars I would....We paid way too much for a tungsten carbide ring. They trick you by saying they are giving you a great deal. One tenth the price on Amazon. On top of that the finish wore off within 6 months. Bought the warranty on it so we turned it in to get it "refinished". The employee told us it would take 2-3 weeks to get back. After a month we went back in and a different employee told us the other one lied and it takes 8 weeks and they dont refinish them, they just order a new one. Every time we have gone back in the employees give us some excuse or blame it on someone else. No responsibility. No respect. No professionalism. I am wondering what they do all day because the store is always empty but they cant help the few people who actually buy from them. Avoid this store. I wish no one would have to go through the hassle that I have had to go through. Get your ring somewhere else.

Needless to say but the entire staff at this location is AMAZING! I had the pleasure of working with London Bradford and she was so easy to work with. No pressure what so ever. I was needing a ring to be held for me for a few days before I could get it and everyday she would just give me a quick and easy follow up just to let me know that the ring was still there and on hold. It was only held for 3 days but still.... come on... that is what I call customer service. I want to thank the entire Schubach staff for all they did. Their prices are VERY reasonable and affordable and not just that but their product is BEAUTIFUL!!!! Go see these guys! You will not regret it!

I took my ring to the jeweler my husband bought it from for a repair. Long story short, they screwed up majorly to the point that the crown was wrong and the edging was polished away. They werent willing to own up to their mistake and fix it so I searched elsewhere. The staff at Schubach, especially Mitch, were so helpful and understanding and even managed to not laugh at me when I brought in pictures to show how my ring looked before so I could get it to look the right way. I brought it here to get the crown done right and they did a fantastic job! I couldnt be happier. My husband now has a new store to buy my jewelery from.

The service was great. Brian, the store manager helped me out, and he gave great customer service. I had been in the store earlier and was promised a price corresponding to a promotion going on at the time. I wasnt sure if that was the right ring for my fiance, so I waited a bit. I came back after the promotion was over and he still honored the price for me. He made the process quick and easy, and gave me pointers on how to get approved for the right amount of money. All around a good experience. He also promised fast fitting and got it to me quickly. Thanks Schubach!

I won a voucher for a Schubach Vow to Wow diamond giveaway competition from Schubach 4 years ago. Yes 4 years ago. They were under different management at that time and were having a hard time locating the paper work to allow me to collect my diamond. I mean it was 4 years ago, so that makes sense. Well they were able to stay on it and work it out with the regional mangers to help me out. No the situation wasnt perfect, but yes the store manger Chris and his great staff were able to find a solution and help me out! They have a great staff up there!

I am the current Manager of the store, and I have to say, that I am very impressed with the company, my staff and the merchandise. I rate this establishment a 5 * because I truly believe you will receive top notch treatment by any one of our associates. In our specific store, we pride our selves on being honest and reputable and being able to listen to our clients needs and fulfilling their needs the best we can. My tungsten ring that would supposedly never tarnish was tarnished after a year. I work in an office, and Im not rough on the ring. When we first ordered it they didnt have my size. They had to order it. Thats fine, but it took three months! Well just recently I went in to exchange it under warranty. They had to take my ring and order a new one. I checked back after three weeks with no call from them. They told me it was going to be another couple of weeks. I think they lost my order. Go somewhere else!

My husband and I had the privilege of working with the incredible staff at Schubach. Brian not only worked with us to get much larger diamond than I thought was financially possible (we got an incredible value!), but went above and beyond in getting the ring to us by the time we made the trip back out from Vernal. The staff truly cares and this is an amazing store with phenomal customer service! You will not be disappointed!!!!

Overbearing and deceitful The salesman was the most pushy jewelry salesman out of the 7 stores I visited. He also asked if I was curious what kind of financing plan I could get and ended up not only requesting the information, but signing me up for a credit card and doing a hard inquiry on my credit without my permission. I had to cancel the credit card and have the inquiry removed as fraudulent.
