I took my watch there for a simple adjustment (needed a few links removed) on a Tag Heuer Aquadriver watch I just purchased, and when they gave the watch back to me, there were scratches all over and dents all over the metal band of the watch. This Tag Heuer watch was BRAND NEW when I took it to them, and now it looks used (I bought it for $2,600 four days ago). Would never go back. Horrible work.

The place looked a little scary. But the staff was very friendly. I got watch batteries replaced. I was kept in the loop and the batteries were tested in front of me to show that I wasnt being ripped off. Would go back again.
