We wanted to return a chain that we bought at a location in another state. We assumed it was the same jeweler but we we were wrong and the ladies automatically all said together there is only one location very nasty. We were traveling through and we honestly made a mistake. Even the store emblem and font was identical so that was so crazy they werent the same locations. Really.. the chain in question was just too girly in order for my husband to wear his fathers day present around his neck which was his little girls hand print. The girl that helped us was sarcasticly rude and said, "And where do you live?" We replied, "Georgia." She said, "Georgia?!". Like as if she was implying thats not a good thing or something. Honest mistake really but I can tell you we wont be returning to this jewelry store. We waited about 7-10 minutes for someone to help us and about 3-4 ladies were standing there eyeballing us. Little did they know we were looking in the market for a ring and another chain even though we were up to buying another one even though it wasnt the right store. Dont get me wrong the product here is top notch and nicely priced but the customer service sucks. My husband just served this fine country overseas for 9 months and to get his fathers day present and not to be able to wear it sucks. Dont judge a book by its cover ladies especially when your well-being relies on it. One of you could have benefited from a fine commission off of our purchase. Cheers to all of you ladies and your nasty judgmental mouths.

Forever Diamonds is amazing. The staff and jewelers are wonderful and really know the meaning of customer service. I have brought jewelry from watches to bracelets, had numerous pieces repaired all done with great respect, even if I had purchased the pieces elsewhere. My latest was a quartz crystal watch that was running fast. It would gain a half hour to an hour everyday.I contacted the manufacture and they were quick to tell me it was out of warranty and to take it to a jeweler. Called Rusty and explained that my expensive anniversary gift wasnt running correctly. He knew about the manufacture of the watch and told me to bring it in. I dropped it off and the next day Rusty contacted me and told me only the battery needed replaced, Simple fix. Im sure any other jeweler would have wanted to send the watch to the manufacture for probably an expensive replacement. It has been several days and it is still keeping time. While we waited Rusty even cleaned my wifes and my gold rings to look brand new again, I would recommend Forever Diamonds for any of your jewelry needs. Thank you for the great service again, Rusty!

I love Forever Diamonds, I was able to trade in an old ring and put the $2,800 toward a new one! (and FYI another place in town only offered me $900 for that ring, Forever Diamonds is VERY fair). In addition to how fairly they treat their customers, their prices are great and they will also make custom jewelry for you there in their shop! I had never done this, but they were very patient with me and held my hand through the whole process, they were not happy until I was beyond satisfied with what they made! Forever Diamonds has a pride in their workmanship and customer service that is rarely found today. This is the ONLY place I recommend to friends or family.

I needed to get some rings repaired, and was referred here by a friend. I ended up getting 2 rings sized, and 3 more had loose prongs with one of them missing a stone. We were impressed by the service, friendly staff and they were done a day earlier then expected. We were also impressed by the price which was much less then we had expected. But when i went to pick them up and saw how they sparkled... Well that just made my day. And the missing stone is an exact match, you cant tell which one was replaced. Im so glad I found this place!

Forever Diamonds is a wonderful jewelry store. They handle everything from buying your old stuff (and giving a steep discount for store credit or great prices for cash), to custom pieces and everything in between. Rusty and his no-pressure staff make you feel right at home in the process, and you walk away feeling like you got a really awesome deal. My wedding band comes from Forever Diamonds - we were originally thinking something else but they made a different suggestion and it turned out even prettier. I have also had them evaluate some of the old jewelry I had and ended up selling a few pieces to them. They were very honest and upfront with me about the quality and the prices. I am also considering ordering a custom ring and they were very helpful answering all my questions (and I had lots). Great jewelry. Great customer service. Great people.

Rusty was extremely helpful and pleasant as well as the rest of the staff. He talked to us about the wedding and was able to mention some small details that had been overlooked (such as a nice bag for the best man to keep the Rings, which he gave us a nice one for free). They offered me $89.00 for a 14 carat gold wedding band with a .25 carat eight diamond set on it that I paid $550 for in 2009 (I still had the original receipt, bi-annual inspection records, but it didn’t matter). Insulting to say the least.... I believe the price of gold has gone up since 2009.
