I took my ring in to Jamestown Jewelry just a few days before Christmas to be resized. I was told initially that it would be the first week of January before they could get to it but that if I needed it for Christmas, they could have it ready by Friday (four days later). The ring was a Christmas gift but understanding that the Christmas season is one of the busiest times for jewelers, I was fine to wait and would have been thrilled to have it by Friday. Much to my surprise, I received a text the NEXT DAY letting me know my ring was ready to be picked up. It fits perfectly, the "seam" for the resize is completely invisible and I couldnt be more impressed. Not to mention, both the jeweler and the woman working at the store were both extremely kind and generous. I very highly recommend Jamestown Jewelry and will be returning again in the future.

Read the reviews, thought Id visit. Lovely store, beautiful jewelry with design studio workshop in rare. I decided to leave my cherished 5ct stone with Jim who paid particular attention to my request in detail. This gentleman is a master gemologist craftsman. What he presented to me, just a few days later, was unbelievable! Impeccable work! What a wonderful addition to our family heirlooms. The cost for all this was pleasantly fair.

James is amazing, I smashed my finger and had to get a Titanium ring cut off (not the softest metal to cut!!!) and he had the tools and expertise to make it happen! He then was a huge resource in getting a new ring (awesome selection) that looked better than my old one and the material it was made out of would simply crack or is way easier to remove if my finger ever was in the situation again, very knowledgeable and great to work with!

When I received it back, not only was it repaired with my diamond back in with new prongs, but Jim took the time to re-round it, polish, replace the brush marks, and it looks even more beautiful than on our wedding day!
