I BOUGHT A USB MICROPHONE FOR $30 ON MARCH 7, 2014. I HAD JUST GOTTEN $100 WORTH OF MERCHANDISE OUT OF PAWN- WHICH THEY LOW BALLED ME ON- $30 FOR A PAIR OF BRAND NEW SONY MDR HEADPHONES (WORTH $90) & $45 FOR A 10 KT/3.0 YG DIAMOND RING. THE CHUNKY REP TRIED SHOWING ME THE QUALITY OF THE MIC, AND WAS HAVING TROUBLE WITH IT SO I TRIED TO HELP AND ASKED IF HE HAD SELECTED THE CORRECT RECORDING SOURCE IN THE AUDIO OPTIONS- HE SAID THAT WASNT THE PROBLEM. HE FINALLY GOT IT TO WORK AND SHOWED ME THE SOUND. IT WASNT ALL THAT GREAT, BUT I FIGURED I COULD DO SOME EDITING AND CLEAR IT UP. I ALSO NOTICED THE CASING OF THE MICROPHONE WAS LOOSE BUT I WENT AHEAD AND BOUGHT THE MIC ANYWAY. WHEN I ASKED WHAT THEIR REFUND POLICY WAS- I WAS TOLD THEY HAD NO REFUND POLICY. I TRIED THE MIC FOR THE FIRST TIME ON MARCH 13, AND HAD A CHANCE TO COMPARE IT TO PREVIOUS RECORDINGS FROM MY OTHER MICS- I WASNT SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY. IT SOUNDED LIKE THE MIC HAD BEEN DROPPED A FEW TOO MANY TIMES. I TIGHTENED THE CASING AND IT HAD NO EFFECT ON THE RECORDINGS. IT WAS JUST A HORRIBLE MIC. I CALLED USA PAWN AND TOLD THE MANAGER THAT I HAD BOUGHT A MICROPHONE A WEEK PRIOR. HE TOLD ME THAT I HAD 30 DAYS TO RETURN THE ITEM FOR STORE CREDIT. I WENT TO USA PAWN ON MARCH 14, AND ALL THREE OF THE SAME REPS WERE THERE FROM THE PREVIOUS WEEK. THE MANAGER I SPOKE WITH ON THE PHONE, THE CHUNKY REP, AND THE GIRL WHO IS SURROUNDED BY BAD BUSINESSMEN AND DUMB DECISION MAKERS, BUT DAMN SHE IS LOVELY. 5 STARS FOR HER GUYS. ANYWAY, THE GUY WHO SOLD ME THE MICROPHONE REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND OR STORE CREDIT BECAUSE: A) HE SHOWED ME A QUICK EXAMPLE OF WHAT IT SOUNDED LIKE. - NOT GREAT. B) HE TOLD ME THERE WAS NO WARRANTY AT THE TIME I PURCHASED IT. - NOT TRUE. C) I ADMITTED THAT THE MIC WAS IN BETTER CONDITION THAN WHEN I BOUGHT IT WHEN I HAD SIMPLY TWISTED THE CASING TO MAKE SURE THE MIC WAS PROPERLY FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. - NOT THE BEST IDEA [TO ADMIT IT]. MY ARGUMENT WAS: A) I NEVER ASKED TO SEE WHAT THE MIC SOUNDED LIKE- I WAS GOING TO BUY IT REGARDLESS, BUT IT DIDNT SOUND GOOD. B) I CALLED TO SEE WHAT THE RETURN POLICY WAS AND WAS TOLD I WOULD GET STORE CREDIT FOR A RETURN MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE- IT WAS THE ONLY REASON I WENT BACK TO RETURN IT. WHEN I WENT THERE, THEY TOLD ME IT HAD ALREADY BEEN A WEEK AND IF I HAD A PROBLEM I SHOULD HAVE COME IN SOONER. C) I WAS SIMPLY UNSATISFIED WITH THE PURCHASE AND THEY HAD HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A CONTRADICTING REFUND POLICY. I WAS INSULTED AND SLIGHTLY AMUSED BY THE CHUNKY REP WHO SAID IF I DIDNT KNOW HOW TO SETUP THE MIC THEN THAT IS MY PROBLEM- IT WAS A USB MICROPHONE! AND THERE WAS NEVER ANY MENTION ABOUT ME HAVING TROUBLE GETTING IT TO WORK.

If I could give this shop 0 stars I so would I went in with a 10kt chain bead design girl test it while she is doing that the manager walks up to where she is at and they are whispering something they come up and she says its a fake the manager than says they " supposably" been getting same kind of chains in and that they been fake blah blah blah I said okay and walked out. Plus did I mention I work at a pawn shop been doing this for 5 years and that is the lowest and most used up excuse in this pawn buss es to try not to do business 10 min before closing!!! But thats not the only thing the manager walks out right behind me to take down my license plate number like if I am a criminal is this how Corporate shops treat there customers??? Worst experience ever now I know why USA PAWN has the worst reputations in the valley lol B&B pawn and gold did alot better and actually cared $300 if I was scared of what I was doing or had I would not be posting but I knew I have to do this because these shops cant even do there jobs right!!!

So upon walking in and shopping for Nintendo Ds games I asked to see some loose games from the glass case, mind you I took them to the register so the cashiers could watch me go through them which was cool until i finished picking a couple games I wanted. I was paying than some African American male came out from behind a two way mirror and said he needed to see my pockets emptied!! Which was totally humiliating and false! I did as he asked and told him off! But buyers beware do not shop here! As I never will again, just the thought that he accused me of stealing 2.99-9.99$ games after buying 30.00 worth of merchandise is ridiculous.. I feel sorry for the owner to have such a rude employee....

I took my computer there for a loan its an all in one Apple and when I took the loan it had all the original parts. I paid the loan took my computer home, didnt open the box till later because I was very busy and when I opened it the power cord is not the one I had. I had the cord that came with the computer when I purchased it new, a heavy long gray power cord and I got my computer back with a short flimsy white cord. They didnt seem to give a dam when I called about it. I do realize I should have checked before I left the store, thats my bad but they have no right to take that cord, guess they thought I wouldnt notice. I will never do business with them again.

Had a bad experience with a manager here, was coming in almost daily for a few weeks and I was more than happy with the service, then this new manager showed up, had attitude with me for no reason, made me feel bad for bringing him my business, this guy even asked me if I was stealing the items I brought in, was so insulted that I came on here to rant and leave one star. Im editing it now because Ive come in a few times since the review and been treated very well, the way it should be. As pawn shops go, this place is the most fair and has great service, just watch out for the white dude with tattoos on arms and hands.

Anna and Matthew are wonderful to bad neither one of them are there anymore. As for the manager that took over awhile ago, white dude with tattoos everywhere, his name is Jed or JD or something close to that. Rudest person ever. He should not be in that position, he has no people skills, he picks and chooses who they will be fair to or low ball, he is horrible, he makes the visit horrible with his rude ass. If they could get rid of him business would be great, the manager they had before him was awesome!

Right when I walked in the door it was an unpleasant experience. No one said hello or asked if I needed anything. I went up to the counter to have my ring looked at and was given a very insulting price. The ring is platinum and 14k with a .52ct diamond. There was absolutely no negotiating. The woman and all of the other employees didnt seem to be happy to be there. The atmosphere was awful and so was the inventory selection.
