Barnes is a great place for anyone! Customers who have a large or little budget, they work with everyone personally. Whether its a custom made engagement ring started from scratch or maybe just a simple repair or adjustment to an existing ring, you know you will be served with the most genuinely caring staff! Not to mention the great quality of their products as well. My family has gone to Paul Barnes and his family for many years, in fact I just got engaged and she LOVES the ring! They truly want to see their customers walk away happy AND satisfied with their jewelery. They are as knowledgeable and experienced as they are compassionate and professional. I highly recommend Barnes Fine Jewelers to anyone and everyone!

I walked in on a Tuesday, three days before my anniversary to see if I could have my wifes 15 year old wedding ring redone. I wanted to put a new larger centerpiece with larger complimentary side diamonds on it. I also wanted to take the old diamonds out and put them in a set of earrings and pendant as heirlooms for my little girls. I was upset with myself for not going in sooner as I never would have expected them to be able to complete the ring in time for our anniversary on Friday... Not only did they get the ring done but they were also able to get the earrings and pendant as well. Obviously, my wife loved everything. The diamonds are brilliant, the quality is great and the customer service was phenomenal!

Barnes Fine Jewelers are the BEST. I first went Jared and was told that my diamond had a crack in it and was chipped, and that if heat was applied it could crack the diamond. Then was given very high estimates to solder the rings together which was why I was there in the first place. Walking out, my fiancé told me about Barnes. I stopped in on the way home from Jared and was glad I did. Not only did they listen to me, they discounted everything Jared told me (crack and chip), they kept what we wanted, did the redesign we asked for and it turned out FANTASTIC! Dont waste your time nor your money. Let her say; "He went to Barnes Fine Jewelers!".

We stopped into Barnes Fine Jewelers to talk to Paul about designing a custom ring that included rubies, saphires and diamonds. What Paul created far exceeded our expectations. Barnes is the place to go for one of a kind custom pieces. Casey helped me design my fiances wedding band and she was fantastic. Having never bought a piece of jewelry before, let alone come up with a custome design, she walked me thru every step of the proccess to make sure I felt comfortable. Overall, Barnes is a wonderful jewelers, and I highly recomend them.

Met woman who said she was Mrs. Barnes, she was very stuck up. Shortly after I was getting Italian food nearby and decided to check them out. Their store is in a run down strip mall, small, cramped, and dated, and the jewelry looked to be from a catalog from the 80s or 90s. Did not buy anything, or have any service done. She had nothing to be uppity about.

Highly suggest! I needed my engagement ring resized from a size 9, to 5 3/4. Super nervous as its a family heirloom. Took it in Monday afternoon and it was ready by Wednesday morning! Looks flawless! Cant even tell it was resized! Super friendly and helpful staff as well. Will definitely be returning for wedding bands!!!
