Just to echo the other reviews, going to Daves is an entirely different experience than going to a chain. Dave was very patient with us and helped us choose a design that was exactly what we wanted. We just wanted something simple, and he made it for us at a price comparable to the non-custom rings we had been looking at. You dont get pushed into a warranty or credit cards, signed up for mailing lists, or harassed by greasy sales people. That said, you arent pushed into a warranty because Dave doesnt offer one. He recommended that we put the ring on Renters or Homeowners insurance. I suspect that one would be better served doing that anyway, as I doubt that a jewelry store replaces rings very often due to strategic use of fine print. Anyway, after all the hassle and pressure and sales people, this was such a breath of fresh air. Highly recommended if you are looking for a wedding ring.

Dave was fantastic when my fiance and were shopping around. He helped us stay within our budget without sacrificing quality. Hes very personable and not too pushy. I hated walking into the stores at the mall because I felt like very pushed into buying right then and there. Hur jewelers wasnt like that at all. I would highly recommend going to them if you want to he treated like a human and not a dollar sign.

Thank you, thank you, thanks you Hur Jewelers!!! Dave made my wifes wedding ring and she absolutely freaked when she saw it. She absolutely loved it. Dave treated me with kindness and integrity the entire time and never tried to take advantage of me like the other jewelers I had gone to see. I would recommend Hur Jewelers to anyone for any jewelry related issue.

Dave is AMAZING. Got engaged, and planned the wedding extremely quickly, elopement style. Dave took care of every last minute time crunched detail for us and made sure we were sparkling and ready for our wedding travels. Amazing prices, 2x cheaper than any of the mall jewelers and 10x better customer service. :) :) :)
