First I would like to say " DPaul Jewelry is absolutely amazing"!!! For two week straight I was looking for a jewelry place to resize my engagement ring. Of course I had to do my research on the jewelry stores before getting my ring resized. I came across DPaul Jewelry many times when doing my research. So I finally decided to go with DPaul Jewelry and I live and hour away. Don made my two little girls and me feel so welcome going into his store... Don has amazing customer service, Very knowledgeable, polite, pleasant and reaches the deadline that he gives you!! He is also not a pushy salesman which I absolutely love! My husband and I are very very pleased with the job he did!! They also have some of the must beautiful and unique jewelry that Ive ever seen!! I can honestly say that DPaul jewelry is so much better then any big Corporation that offers jewelry and jewelry repair. I will be a forever customer when it comes to jewelry. My husband and I highly recommend and Trust DPaul Jewelry!!! Thank you so much for doing an amazing job!!!

Dishonest & flat rude!! Advised me the cost to repair my watch & I asked why so much. He stated the cost of how much the watch repair man was charging & he marked up his fee $40!!! He stated he had to make some money off this deal!! Id been going there from the West Valley & my friend who lived just down the road wouldnt use the man as she said he was a jerk to her & her daughter (separately). Either way, I like to form my own opinion boy did I!! NEVER AGAIN!!! This was the worst of the worst of my experiences with him, not anymore!! No problem!! Ive got plenty of other things to be done...I can certainly find another jeweler that wants my business who isnt rude & who doesnt up charge customers in that manner. Im 100% confident the other posts on here have to be myths as those experiences arent even close to what Ive experienced on the jewelers BEST day!!! Lol

London Gold is always advertising that they are the best. Well D Pauls is better than the best, infinitely better than the best. I have moved away to Detroit and I choose to use secure shipping and have Don continue to do what ever work I need, that is how good he is and how much I trust him! And I might add that his prices are very fair! You will be wasting your time and money going anywhere else!!!

Amazing service. I went in twice because my diamond was loose on my wedding ring and they are so friendly and helpful! I once tried to stop at a big box store and they said it would cost over $200 and take over a week...DPaul Jewelry did it in 15 minutes and it did not cost a thing. And, my ring was shiny clean again! Thank you DPaul, I highly recommend you!
