Went there today to get my rings cleaned and saudered together. Immediately the sales woman was very rude and condescending to my husband and I. We told her we bought the warranty (mind you its been almost 3 years now Ive had this ring) and she proceeded to question us. I told her we have been to other locations to have my ring cleaned and they never asked to see the warrenty or a specific card to sign off on when the ring was cleaned. This sales woman continues to lecture us on the care of MY rings and talked down to us in a very belitting tone. She stated ALL locations should be signing a card and was not taking my word on what I was saying to her. I have no reason to lie to her. I have never been talked down to in such a manner before. My husband and I ending up leaving because how this sales woman was so rude and condescending. Will be taking this complaint to corporate and hope this "lady" will be reprimanded for her actions. I must say though, San Tan and Chandlers customer service is always spot on. I recommend those two locations if one must go to this jewelry store.

Terrible customer service. Spent time looking, as I was about to make my decision, another customer walks in and the jewelry consultant put my things down and grabs his stuff for checkout without even asking him to wait or telling me "sorry, he was here earlier". It was extremely rude!

Rude staff, overpriced too. Staff judged on how we were dressed not on jowett much money we have. Avoid at all costs...
