We have dropped our 2013 SRX, which we purchased new at the dealership, three times now to have the seat repaired. On the first visit, they indicated the seat was out of the track. However, the motor continued to whine and was noticeably weaker than the passenger side seat and we asked them to address it on a subsequent visit. They service department staff member said he would order a replacement motor. Prior to the next visit, we reminded them of the issues. However, while they had the car, they said they could not replicate the problem and asked to be stepped through the issue again. Clearly they hadnt ordered the part and even if there had been a problem, they wouldnt have been unable to resolve on that day. In their defense, the issue is intermittent and doesnt show up every time the seat is used. However, they did note it on a prior visit (which is why they said they would order the motor). This experience makes me feel like they are just kicking the can down the road. The warranty runs out in another 8,000 miles so I have concerns the motor will fail about 10 minutes after the odometer crosses 50K. The biggest reason for this rating - the service manager (probably same one Michael H complained about) got frustrated and actually told my partner to "come get your damn car" and take it somewhere else for service. Notice the service manager (Tim H) responded to Michael H here - and gave the dealership a 5 star rating while doing so. Tim, if you would like to discuss, you can call me. You have my number.

I made an appointment to get my car serviced for balancing and said I would wait for it. I took it in at the scheduled time, I waited 4 hours and they hadnt even looked at it. Then they said they thought I was going to leave it. That was bad enough; I was ready to leave when the mouthy service manager who didnt even know what the situation was, said I cant have your car on the lift because we cant let it sit there all day waiting for a wheel, whatever that was supposed to mean. Sounds like he didnt need the precious lift since he knew what was wrong. but I can sit around all day. I left without so much as a "Sorry for the mix up" from the arrogant staff.

Today was my first time visiting Hill Cadillac for service. I was pleasantly surprised with the experience and surprised at how much better it was than other stores I have visited in the past. They completed everything in the time they said it would and their estimate on the work to be done was accurate. I am used to getting a bill that is significantly higher than the original estimate and that was not the case at this dealership. Based on my service experience I know that I will definitely be considering Hill for a new vehicle when the time comes as they have done a great job so far.

The worst staff and they treat people of color like they are working for them. I bet since this place opened they never had a person of color in management. They think because you talk different that you should be treated different. They also dont care for your business unless you are buying a new car. I wish I could of gave it no stars thats how bad this place is. And Ill never again think of doing business at this place again.

I only got to deal with the service department. Very friendly, really worked to get all the repairs done with my car correctly. I had my car serviced there in October 2010. They ended up having the car much longer than expected because of the new problems that kept popping up but they went well above and beyond what I expected to get the issues fixed. I would definitely recommend them if you need work done on your Cadillac.

The staff is very friendly, the waiting area has work spaces allowing me to get things done as I wait, and the maintenance itself is always speedy and efficient. Would not bring my car anywhere else. Superior service! Consistently meets or exceeds expectations! During a scheduled oil change and inspection their mechanic notice a leaking rear axle seal (covered under warranty). Rather then make me wait the unanticipated time to service the axel, their service rep immediately put me a new 2017 CTS courtesy car and I was on my way. Typical above and beyond service Ive come to expect from Hill Cadillac!

I was new to purchasing a Cadillac after years of driving imports and I shopped a few other Cadillac dealers and I found Hill Cadillac to be excellent. I dealt primarily with Matt in the sales department and he made the process very easy and straightforward. I would definitly recommend this store to anyone considering a Cadillac and I will most likely buy another Cadillac here in the future.

Fast in & out dropping my car off for routine servuce in the morning with a loaner car. Received call to update me on the service issues. My car was done in a day and the pickup process was smooth.
