The best videogame store ive ever shopped at. There are so many reasons. The selection of new and retro. The friendly staff. You can tell the managment aim to provide what they themselves would hope to have available: a game store that has quality affordable videogames and a constantly updated inventory. I give almost all my business to VGP exclusively because i appreciate their efforts. If you are looking at a game and dont have cash on you, you can have them reserve that copy for up to 5 days. Can you do that at Gamestop? No staff are trying to upsl you on magazines memberships cards or crap. Gamestop feels like they have used car salesman working their counters. VGP staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and are their just to take care of you. They arent competing with each other or aiming for upsell quotas. But the best reason VGP is a fun place is because its affordable. Their used games are often brand new and the discounts are always a 25% minimum. Games out of their new release phase can be scores cheaply and the community that trades and shops at vgp make it fun to run in and look around because their will be different games in everytime. Great store and im glad to be a part of it. I have built huge and valuable game collection shopping their over the years.

I confidently can say this is the best video game store ever. Ive been going here years before the store expanded. I moved to Portland for a few years and missed this place so much because every store I went to in Portland gave such bad prices. The trade in value and cash value for games is great! They sell the games back for great prices that have beat online prices and digital download prices. They give great customer service that isnt trying to pressure you to buy games unlike some store I wont mention. I can comfortably walk in without a clue on what I want and leave happy. I could keep going all day about how great of a place this is because Ive had years of experience going here. Ive never had a bad experience with Video Games Plus. Thank you Video Games Plus! If youre a gamer, This is the place to go!

Tried to trade in a few games today. The employee at the counter was scratching the disk with his nails in order to check for scratches...if that even makes any sense. Why add scratches to a game instead of just holding it under a light and looking at it? It was so ridiculous that the customer in line behind me made a remark about it. To top it off I had one game that was played only once or twice then put back in its case. The game had almost no wear on it, especially compared to the games he just added scratches to. Instead of telling me they had too many copies, he decides to instead tell me that its too scratched. This deffinately makes me not want to deal with the employees here again.

Best place to shop in Roseburg, OR for all your Video game, Movies and yogurt needs. ;) the staff here are amazing, so is the ambiance. They have a HUGE selection of used movies that are all in excellent condition along with the video games that are used. New video games also on the back wall behind the counter for Xbox one, PS4, ETC. They also have board games, and other cool stuff. Oh almost forgot about Disc Golf items as well. The Yogurt shop too thats attached is awelcome as well and is serve yourself. By far the best place to shop in Roseburg.

Well, I used to sell and buy with them. They dont like your stuff anymore unless its in "like new" condition. Which is ironic, since this is a SECOND HAND game shop and not a pawn shop. They even told me how much my controllers were worth over the phone and then when I came to them, they didnt accept them - not like new. Functional, work fine, but not "like new." VG+, if you even read these reviews, you need to remember your place. Because if you dont, youll go out of business and Gamestop will rule the area.

Ive been going to VGP since the day it opened. Ive seen Game Crazy come and go.. And Game Stop move in... but Video Games Plus continues to have the best selection and prices in town, not to mention their DVD selection as well and with the new renovations they doubled their inventory along with adding shirts and other novelties. Its really the smartest choice in Roseburg.

We travel the west and midwest (10+ years) and this is one of our fav non-chain game stores. The building does need work as it has a mold smell going on. Other than that they are friendly, helpful, great selection, games, movies, toys, clothing, decor and a yogurt shop (Level Up). Stop there every pass through we do. Excellent job, team!

Massive selection of used games. Plenty of used DVDs and Blueray. Nice, helpful staff. Clean and welcoming. If you like video games, youll just want to hang out for a while. Anyone that you bring with you, who doesnt like games, can chill in the adjoining frozen yogurt shop with a treat and some wifi. Good thinking owner. ;)

I frequently go to Video Games Plus to trade in my old movies and video games. Especially considering their competition, they offer great trade and buy prices, and many of their games and movies are priced very reasonably. There are few places that I attach and dedicate myself to as a customer, and this is one of them.

Ive been a customer here for the past 15 years or so and its the only video game store I want to give my business to. The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly, they offer good deals on games, and have fair trade in values. I can always trust their used games, consoles, and movies to work properly.

Movies and games for cheap. A large variety and friendly staff. If you cant find something they are willing to hold it for you if you ask. Plus there is so much more. A great place for your Frisbee golf items. Much more stuff just have to go in and look. I love this place.

I been there since day one know the owner. Hes a really nice guy. Also the employees I do know are really nice also. No complaints about anyone, some might feel different about how they handle games and DVDs but they know what there doing. Keep up the good work guys. :D

Local and very helpful. Im a veteran gamer, but I buy xbox 360 games for my kid there. If it is available here it will be cheaper and with friendly service. Id honestly pay a few bucks more to shop here rather than a franchise just to support our local businesses.

I have been going to V.G.P. since it opened many years ago! These folks can find ANY game youre looking for; even for the Atari 2600 no less! Needless to say, when I want a game, theyre the FIRST as well as the LAST place I go to!

Love this place . They rock ,and when you buy a game that doesnt work for you as far as game play style and stuff the give you a fair return unlike gamestop . What Im saying is that they are very good and dont rip you off

We travel the US a lot and havent found a more friendly, helpful bunch of gamers anywhere. Prices are decent. Lots of new and used items and gamer swag not seen in the chain game stores. They know the industry.
