Drove 2.5 hours to buy a car from Videon. Spoke with our salesman Bill on the way down and confirmed what time we would be there. Get there and are told some other people came in 15 minutes before we did and were buying the car. Why did they show a car that they had people who were driving hours to come see? Manager Stu refused to do anything to fix the situation. Wasted over five hours of our time. Watch out, because their word is worthless.
