I would like to start off and say I am not trying to specifically bash anyone here as I will be kind and not use any names. However, I do believe people should be properly warned that this dealer is a typical shady dealership. After many emails and phone calls with a sales representative, I took the 1.5 Hour trip over to purchase a car I thought was amazing at a fairly good price. The sales rep knew I wanted the vehicle, I just wanted to test drive it before I negotiate a final deal. After almost 2 hours in traffic, I arrive and inspect the vehicle. To my dismay, there were many scratches, scuffs and tears in the leather seats that were not clearly called out or represented in the pictures / info on their site (which I think is fairly dishonest to begin with). Regardless, I figured I could negotiate a better deal with these issues so I looked past it at first. After-all it wasnt even detailed and cleaned despite me informing the sales rep a few days prior that I would be coming up to purchase it... Anyway, as I inspect the vehicle more I notice that several features are not working properly, the heated seats would go on and then turn off like there was an electrical glitch. In addition, I noticed that the odometer was flashing, a definite sign of some type of malfunction / warning. Mind you, this was supposed to be a "certified" used vehicle and this blatant issue got past the service department = red flag! Despite all the issues, I continued on and figured with this I could negotiate a great deal... Wrong. After a long talk with the sales rep he went on to say there was no negotiating, all sales reps were not commissioned and that we couldnt even budge on the price. Ok ok, maybe if they fix the issues, it was still a good price that I would be willing to pay for. But now with my worries of reliability I figured they could at LEAST throw in an extended warranty (maybe costing $1,000 - $2,000 tops!) but nope! So bottom line, this dealership will NOT negotiate any prices or deals with you, they will NOT be honest with you, their service department is clearly INCOMPETENT, and overall it was just a waste of time and money driving there. Even ignoring all of these issues the sales rep said that I wouldnt be able to take the car home the same day as the credit app still has to be approved... Blah blah blah... I have an amazing credit score and was already told I was approved before going there, why did they lie to me?! No offense, but people that say good things about this place are clearly the ones that do not care if car salesmen are ripping them off and I truly feel bad for them. Dont trust them, dont buy from them, literally go anywhere else and youll have a better experience. If this review can save anyone from a car buying nightmare I really hope you take this advice and avoid this dealer at all costs.

An outstanding experience from beginning to end. I purchased a Used 2010 manual Jetta Wolfsburg from David at Lansdale. The final selling price was absolutely outstanding at $13,200 before taxes -- in fact about two thousand below both NADA and Kelly BB. Youd think at that price that there was something wrong with the car. Absolutely not -- this was in OUTSTANDING condition save for your typical unavoidable rock chips and marks from a roof rack from previous owner (oh well, Im adding one myself, ha!). I cannot say enough good things about these folks. My family was very apprehensive about the experience given the experience we had with previous dealers. That stopped with the first contact. I knew this was a great find from the start when Dave returned my email inquiry at 8:30am -- his shift didnt start to 12. From there Dave and team went into overdrive to get this car SALE ready (they had three hours from when i told them we were coming at 12:30). When we got there, Dave was not what you expected from a car salesmen and was a breath of fresh air -- he was pleasant, cordial, low pressure, and let the car do the selling itself. We found everybody at the dealership to have that same relaxed attitude and pleasant demeanor. Jeremy did a lot of work to make this deal happen with my credit history, and i REALLY appreciated that he was more interested in getting me IN the car i wanted rather than add additional services onto the loan which may have triggered a denial, and at the lowest APR we had gotten through dealers anywhere. He gave me a price on extended warranties and said thered be no problem if we came back later to purchase them -- most F&I folks will tell you that "this deals only good today." (Ive had a few like that). I know I wrote a book here, but if you are in the market for a car in this area, give them a shot. I may not be in the market for one of their brands, but i certainly WILL recommend folks to this first class operation. Kudos and thanks Lansdale, its only been a day but I love this car!

Before you consider buying a car here, please read this first... Never buy a car here. I was told a car I was purchasing was in perfect condition. Water pump blew on the test drive and never got any type of apology. I made the mistake of purchasing the car "in perfect condition" and the day I got it, one of the headlights went out and the radiator clamp went. The car was also sold with bald snow tires on it. I took it back for repair and the only thing they fixed was the radiator clamp. Took 5 times to bring it back to get the headlight working. The previous owner also traded it in with a set of wheels and tires that I only got because I mentioned returning the car. Instead of putting on new tires that arent bald out snow tires, I had to trade the other set of tires and wheels for new tires to go on the wheels it came with. The rims were covered by plasti-dip to cover all the marks and now they want $600 for the spare rims and tires. *DO NOT buy a car here.* There are plenty of other dealers who sell the same car, but have a good reputation. If its a used car, once again, you can find the same car at a reputable dealer. If you do make the mistake of buying a car here like I did, definitely dont purchase from Sebastian. He couldnt stop telling me the car was in perfect condition, when it was not. He also lied numerous times including telling me he got the car from the auction when it was actually a trade-in. Their salesman can be very convincing and can fool anyone. The owner knew we had a lot of mutual friends and they still screwed me over. If they knew a thing about customer service, theyll realize that if you screw somebody over, the word will get around. Tried to get the tires and wheels back one last time before I decided to air them out over the internet to make sure none of you buy a car from them. Do not deal with their scum bag dealership because theyll make you regret it.
