I wanted to take some time out of my busy schedule to specifically thank the Star Team at Cadillac in regards to my recent purchase. I am a business owner that truly understands the art of sale and the service that comes along with it, so it is with great appreciation that I admire the way Star conducts their business. From the very start, a young salesman by the name of Joe Wigand showed what the true meaning of the word service is: by informing, explaining and answering every single question I had, all while refraining himself from being overly aggressive and imposing. He had laid out all the options in a very straightforward way without hiding any clauses or fees. Most importantly, once I had showed an interest with a specific vehicle, he went above and beyond researching EVERY SINGLE model on the lot to attempt to make it fit in the budget. This is where I noticed the difference between him and most of the other salesman I had encountered in the months prior, during the search of my new car. Joe cared about the consumer and although he could have squeezed some more money out of the deal, he chose to work in my best interest and fight with his managers and finance department to approve me for the sale of this incredible deal. The car sales industry has been changing undoubtedly due to the vast access to information consumers now have. It is very refreshing that in some places such as Star, they have gotten up to speed with the current times and are working at the same pace as the consumers and most importantly, in their interest. At last a special thanks to all the people who were involved in my transection whose name I have not mentioned: from the managers to the associates in the finance department, it has been an absolute pleasure.

Buy my first car was a little nerve-wracking. My first choice I want to Star Buick Gmc and Cadillac dealership to look at a car that I wanted. When me and my girlfriend got there they were really nice, waming, and treated us like we were a guest that normally stop by to say hi. Really wasnt sure how I was going to feel comfortable getting my first at a dealership. Not only the team at Buick GMC and Cadillac dealership made me feel less pressured, anxiety free also like I was a winner, Zach had really great people skills show great positive attitude and paid very close attention to detail on what I was asking for. I kept thinking him and tell him I really appreciate his service and that I really feel great being in here, he said dont thank me, this is what I do to make sure people are comfortable, happy, and they were going to get what they want.They really made buying my first car one of the best experiences ever. I also wanted to thank the owners of the dealership because they were there showing their support and showing us the best hospitality a person could ever ask for. Thank you very much Buick GMC and Cadillac dealer for my awesome car and my great experience. You guys truly make customers first.

Was searching for the car online finally found one at the price point i was looking for. Called the dealership to see if it was there and they said yes they also called me back out of courtesy to just make sure I went to the correct dealer cause they have 3 locations.. that was great in my book. Drove 1.5 hr to get there and spoke with the manager for a few min he gave me a sales man named jay. We talked for a few he went and brought the car up and i checked it out went for a ride came back and made all the numbers work. Everything from the first call till days after have been great. I will also say they did go above and beyond in the fact that I had a complaint and the smell of the car. Must of been a smokers it was nauseating at first and they had it ionized over night and brought it to the dealer closer to me.. even at the second dealer when I picked it up they were very helpful and friendly. And both dealerships were clean and comfortable and modern. Highly recommend these guys.

Best experience Ive ever had in the 31 years that Ive been driving and buying cars at a new car dealership. Overly pleasantly surprised. Not only did we get a very fair price on the car but we were not harassed we were given over 30 minutes to test drive the car in various conditions which is what my wife needed and the patience and time to make a buying decision and to top it off we were offered better financing rate than pur very low credit union offered which made it all more compelling. Everyone here at the dealership was professional, respectful and I would buy a car here again. Please keep in mind this was a to a two hour drive from my home each way. My sales consultant Zach was extremely helpful and was there every step of the way. He explained and answered all of my questions to the full extent and made sure I was completely comfortable with my purchase. I even arrived to the dealership to pick up my car to see balloons on it welcoming me. Also, Anthony, the finance manager, helped me take care of everything I had to do to get financing for my vehicle. Both of them were a huge help and made my experience a pleasant one rather than feeling like I was being pushed into buying and doing something I wasnt comfortable with. I would recommended both Zach and Anthony to anyone coming to the dealership who is looking for genuine and quality help in purchasing a vehicle.

I had to drop off paperwork for my ex wife who also bought a car here and sold our old car. I met Anthony Bolton who was working with her. I asked him some basic questions as I needed a car as well. He politely answered all my questions. I said I would be back to talk to him about a car. A few days later I had some time and went back in and bought my new car the same day. Very professional yet also felt like a friend helping me buy my car. Andy Alhadad was also very helpful in making my decision an easy one. Couldnt thank both of them enough.
