My daughter bought videos games here 3 times of the course of about 5 months every time we bought them they were badly scratched and had to be resurfaced at spot light. When she called to talk to them the lady just wanted to argue and offered nothing in return for the inconvenience. Im fairly disappointed i wouldnt buy from them unless you absolutely had to have it and they were the only one. Then you should count on having to pay to get it resurfaced. For us it was a matter of to far to return to and then the lady mentioned that they have a resurfacer so why arent they using it?
