They are scammers. I bought my game for a high price because it was a deluxe version and I thought I would have gotten all the deluxe would have. They knowingly sold it to me without the insert booklet with the code on it. I could have gotten it brand new at Walmart for 10 dollars less ( not deluxe). As a matter of fact we were at Walmart looking at it when we decided we would surprise the kids with the deluxe version at game freaks instead ( we had seen it earlier that week when we bought a different game) They wouldnt own up to it and wouldnt refund our money instead offering store credit. All I wanted was the game I got. I do my research and I try to find the place with the cheapest game Im looking for whether its on the Internet or in the store. That is way over priced for a used PVZ Garden warfare 2 game with no insert $49.99. RIP OFFS.

Best place in town if you want to send the kids away for a couple of hours! They have plenty of old and used games as well as a few new ones that you can purchase or trade in your old ones and trade up. Lots of other board games and accessories for the enthusiast. You can get membership cards for unlimited gameplay on the Xbox console stations and it makes for great birthday parties as well! Sons love it to death.

Game freaks is an amazing place ! I have had awesome help when I go in there I always see it full of kids playing games in there having a blast very clean !! I bought a used Wii and had problems with it took it back and exchanged it right away for a different one no ifs ands or buts about it. Brian is an awesome owner for a business owner !! great store i go there all the time prefer game freaks of game dogs as game freaks treats customers like theyre important and matter never once had an issue with the staff (had a couple issues with some games they gladly helped fix or replace the game for equal priced games)

Their stuff is not cheaper than what you can get online, they offer no refunds only store credit. Also, extremely rude and lies about what they have in stock. Will not spend another penny here!
