Ive been a truck driver for over 2 years and when delivering always been told to wait in the break room outta the truck, for security reasons (standard procedure). Today I was in this locations break room and comes the district manager and tells me "This is not your break room, you gotta wait outside by your truck". That has been the most non professional way Ive been treated at a Tractor Supply location. I guess he treats his employees and customers this way.

Never had a problem with any tractor supplys customer service before til going to this location. Went to return an item and they didnt carry that item at this location which was ok with me thats all I needed to know so I could go elsewhere, instead we received the run around by two employees then to one employee, Dianne with the worst attitude ever. If your going to work in C.S leave your attitude elsewhere.

I guess not many people know that you can get propane at TSC. Only problem is you really cannot this location never has anyone there. I try to buy my feed and get my propane filled on the same trip, but I never can. So I am changing my business. Dont offer a service/product if you cannot provide it during normal store hours not 5 days from now because your 1 employee is not there.

I went in 2 by 16 foot gate for my property nobody helped me get it on my vehicle and get it situated so that I could drive away off their premises was told by the lot person that she could not help me do any of it and then over to my truck thank goodness and other customer came over to help me so I thank him very much for doing Ill think twice about going to Tractor Supply again

I am only giving a 1 star due to them having the NASTIEST bathroom. Smelled like an outhouse, all the toilets didnt flush or they leaked from the bottom. No toilet paper. Told cashier and she said she cleaned it last night, Im sorry but it looks like it hasnt been cleaned in a month. Will I still stop here, yes but just wont use the restroom.

Customer service is absolutely horrible. Wanted to order something online and the lady at the customer service area just grabbed my phone out of my hand to get the Sku number. She told me she was unable to order it for me. She acted like it was an inconvenience for her to help me.

Good merchandise, in stock, but have been waiting for 40 minutes now to get three cattle panels loaded, 20 minutes since I called the store to tell them we were still back here. Could have driven to Navasota quicker than this. 10 more minutes, and I will be getting a refund.

This location seems understaffed, understocked & crowded. So far, theyve had what Ive gone in for but just barely. Also, the location is odd. Not the easiest to get to. But people there are friendly & it IS nice to have one in the area.

The older man who helped us find what we were looking for was very helpful, and friendly. Now the young lady at the register was not friendly, sort of rude, and was dressed rather trashy.
