This place is so amazing, I love how I can make an appointment and they are quickly able to respond and call back as soon as they can. The care and patience and willingness to work with the animals are so amazing. I love how I can take my dog to get groomed on time, and my dog comes out looking great and happy and not scared. The groomers and the coworkers are amazing, and this location is such a great place.

I was having problems with my dog not eating because the formula of the dog food I was feeding her changed. Jocelyn is very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time helping me find an alternative that has worked out extremely well, and I really appreciate it. She really cares about her customers and it shows.
