Dropped my dogs off and less than 10 minutes later they called me saying they cant groom my Great Dane because she isnt cooperating. She is not aggressive at all just stubborn. They attempted to bathe her but didnt finish and then still wanted me to pay! I told them no and they said well you are not welcome here anymore. Did they really think I would come back?? I mean you are supposed to be a professional groomer and you cant even handle my dog.. plus you probably didnt even attempt to handle her or calm her down since she was scared because she was there less than 10 minutes.

Took my 7 month German Shepherd to be groomed for his first time and Julius did an amazing job my dog looked good, smelled good,and wasnt upset at all. I am definitely going take him back to Julius to be groomed again. The cashier was also very friendly.

Worse place to have your dog groomed. Appt at 12p told me it took 4 hrs for bath cut teeth brushed and nails filed. Its 6p and I was told he was still not ready. Soooooo u can tell me he hasnt been caged for 6hrs with no potty use or water or food

The staff Chris and William on the evening shift are the best. Very nice and knowledgeable. The day shift has also been very pleasant when Ive gone there but I usually go in the evenings. Love this place. Drive from spring area just to shop here

I have a Doberman and this is the only place that i can take him to with out gettin any bad feedback about him im sure they are very nice this will be the only grooming place i will take him good job 5*s from me

If youre taking your dog here for grooming, be aware. My dog was burned in three places with the shears, and had a nasty scratch on her back from what I am assuming is from shears also.

Best grooming salon in Houston! This is the only place Ill be bringing my poodle to be groomed for now on, he comes out looking perfect and happy every time.

I didnt get the gentlemens name but he has long black hair and is also a trainer, he was very nice and helpful. I might bring the pet in for some training.
