3 years ago we adopted a cat from here. We paid the $100 adoption fee and they gave us a guarantee that the cat was perfectly healthy and was up to date on everything. We get our cat home and notice it scratching its head non stop. Aside from that, everything is fine for 3-4 days when suddenly it starts losing hair on its head, we also notice these little rice looking things on our floor around where it sleeps, turns out it had worms... bad. We go back to pet smart to the connected clinic. We explain to them that we just adopted the cat and we were expecting them to make things right and to help the cat get healthy from Mange and Worms that it obviously had when we adopted it. They run through all the tests and confirm the cat is sick and give the cat the needed shots and medicine to make things better. THEN GIVE US A BILL FOR $367 after saying they would make things right. Outraged about this, we call over the manager and explain the situation. But they do nothing but blame us for being careless pet owners. They say in the 3 days we had the cat we must have given it tapeworms and mange and we were at fault. (They claimed the cat could have been exposed from a previous pet that lived in the apartment, but we were the first people to rent the apartment and had no other pets. There was literally no way for the cat to have gotten this sick in 3 days. To add on that, we have had the same cat for 3 years now and he hasnt had a single health incident since then) I argue my case and try to explain that they said they would honor it because we just adopted the cat and i wouldnt have even considered using their overpriced clinic if i was going to foot the bill. (We have a more reliable and much cheaper vet that we use) The only reason we brought the cat back was because they were the ones we adopted it from with these preexisting conditions and they promised to make things right. They dont budge on the issue and basically tell us to pay or they will call the authorities and make us pay. So we pay the $367 and leave... Our cat is now 3 and healthy and has not had a single health problem since then. TL;DR: We paid $100 to adopt a cat with mange and worms which they said was healthy, we then had to pay another $367 to make the cat well after being promised they would foot the bill, all while being told how bad of a pet owner we were for letting something like this happen.

Dont buy any puppies from petland, they came in sick and then you have to spend a lot money in vet if you dont want your puppie die and the end they dont pay you nothing back.. I spend more than 1000$ in my puppie and one week after my baby get sick with neumonia and she almost die.. I spend 600$ dollars in veterinary and they said in petssplution after send all information about the receive and talk with a lot different people and the supervisor they said they dont going to do nothing about.. My puppy is still with medication and she is getting better but this people in petland are bad.. Dont buy noting from them.. I will never spend more money with this people.. And I want everyone know what kind the people and company there are.. Their puppies are sick and they dont help you with nothing.. Im going to make everyone know about that!!

Today I took my dog to get groomed. I had called a few days ago and made an appointment for 2:30 as I had to work in the morning. At the time of the appointment the gal gave me an option for three different time and I selected the afternoon appointment so I could come after work. When I arrived one of the groomers said aloud "There is your airdale". Another groomer asked if I had an appointment. I answered that I had a 2:30 appointment where upon the groomer told me that my appointment was 11:30 and they did not have 2:30 appointments. She did not bother to approach me to discuss the mix up but spoke to me from midway in the grooming area. I most certainly got the feeling that my presence was an interruption in their day.I had driven 18 miles for that appointment. What a disappointment.

Took my fog in for a bath ferminator and nails clipped. When I picked her up THE girl didnt get a leash on her before bringing her out and she was freaked out. My dog got loose and ran out of the store to my vehicle waiting to get in. I got her in t he car and her nails were bleeding plus they didnt even do everything they were supposed to. I refuse to take my dog back.

The personnel can always answer my questions, and recently had a good experience with their grooming service. They informed me of a discount for a certain time window, and the service is well worth the price. They were really sweet to my dog, and thats whats important!

Employees was very rude!!! Was trying to look at Betta Fish that had been left on a cart for stocking. While looking employee grabbed cart and shoved it aside. Cashier asked why we were buying Bettas since they are hard to raise.

My teacup Chihuahua loves these folks. Shes not scared when we walk in. She feels comfortable here and thats saying a lot for her. She peees when shes scared and she doesnt do that when shes with them. Awesome sauce!!

Little pricey for what you get, friendly staff that are helpful, but not very knowledgeable about pets. They do allow pets, but they also do a dog training class which is fun to watch, but also need to know about.

They do sell my Blue Wilderness cat food here...it does help to have a pet perks card. Theres been several times I have gone and some of the employees seemed uneducated on some of their products.
