My family and I went in to look around and after observing a middle aged woman with blonde shoulder length hair evil eyeing my partner up and down (hes hispanic by the way) we were greeted with no hello. I said hi and I received a completely condescending look with a forced "hi" from the same woman. It really irritated me that my partner wanted to buy some items from there, I had to force my partner and kids out of that store. We left and I politely said bye and recieved another primitive and unmannerly look from the same woman. We wont be spending our hard earned money there, no thank you! I will also be telling my friends and family to buy their pet supplies elsewhere in the future.

Friendliest service for pet owners. They genuinely care about their customers and their pets. Prices are more competitive than big box stores. Believe it or not, I found them cheaper than PetSmart (Kingwood) on food and some common toys. Mike Sullivan.
