My wife ordered a jacket for me from their online website which had a faulty zipper. We went to their store in Lancaster Mall in Salem Oregon and was told we couldnt return it to their store as "it was different," and that we would have to mail it back to their factory. I checked this online and found this information to be false. So I have to make another 20 mile journey to Salem today to return the item. I shall certainly educate the supervisor on company policies.

I hate going into this store. The employees are nice, but the regular clientele SUCKS. Parents allow their kids to run and play all over the store. Ive seen kids playing kickball while their father shopped, completely oblivious to what his children were doing. Other shoppers will run in to you with their carts and strollers. Just very rude discourteous self-absorbed customers. Not a good experience.

We went there when we were on vacation with friends. My mom fell and injured herself, so they offered to put the clothes on hold until the next day. The next day, some of us go to pick up the clothes, and they werent there. We asked and they said they only keep them on hold for one day, but it was less than one day.

Who Ghost There

The carpet is torn up, stained, and frankly disgusting. The only associates I could even find were the ones who cut me off by walking in front of me and not addressing my existence. Beyond that, it was so poorly organized youll never find what you want anyway. Avoid this establishment if you have any choice.

Not a bad store, was fairly stocked on the shelves and there were employees available to help on the bottom floor atleast. Prices are very well priced. Easy in and out. Entrance inside the mall and outside for convienonace.

Awesome name brands at excellent prices. They have a great clearance section in every department. The only thing I dislike about this store is being followed by workers as I shop. It makes ya feel uncomfortable to shop

Maylin was very helpful. She helped my husband and I pick out a dress for me. In the end she helped us decide to get both of them. Shes a good sales woman. She was very friendly & personable.

Employees smoking on sidewalk next to door.You have no cchoice but to walk by them. Oregon law is ten feet away from any buisness/ buildings
