Although I fully believe in supporting local merchants but this is one store I simply can not endorse. Unlike Giggle, Bubble, Janie and Jack, Jean et Marie, Peekadoodle boutique, etc. this store does not back up its products. We bought something from this store and it was unusable after one day. We brought it back immediately and were told that once something is used for any length of time you own it. They would not offer an exchange or a discount on a new purchase. They also told us that if they let people return all of the defective products from their store they would go out of business. I am uncertain as to why all other businesses can take better care of their clients, but you will not get taken care of at this store. Buyer beware.

I have just had one of the top customer service experiences of my life! Long story short: I had purchased a crib from Sprout that had purported to also function as a co-sleeper on their website. Indeed it was not (much to my disappointment), and rather than saying tough luck, Sprout provided me a partial refund in order to buy a co-sleeper. (I think part of the description problem was in the crib manufacturer). So, not only do they have great products at competitive prices, they back up their products and are very nice about it.

Sprout claims that you can return items purchased for a full refund. We found this was not the case even with a receipt that said you could - they claimed because it was a gift receipt and the items were not "itemized" there could be no full refund, only store credit. Whats the point of a gift receipt then? I highly recommend that people not shop at stores that only give store credit and not a full refund.

I simply love this shop! everything is so finely showned and selected. Price are correct and object simply handsome. Everything organic and big selection of clothing in bamboo fabric. Definitely my favorite place for my 6m old baby!

Super cute store but smells strongly of mold and mildew. Couldnt be in there very long and didnt want to buy anything because of that. We wanted a crib and mattress but seems stupid if it is already moldy.

Nice store with lots of organic and natural products for babies. Also, they carry Cleks carseats, the reason for my visit to them. Findking a parking spot might be an issue.
