Bill and his crew were very helpful. They took the time to explain things to me and gave me a quote on a future service I inquired about. Ive already noticed improvement on my gas mileage on the service Bill suggested I have done on my truck when I went in for an oil change. I find dealing with vehicle issues unpleasant, but I am much more comfortable knowing these guys will take the time to explain things to me. If I had one suggestion for VIP, (its not a reflection of the associates) it would be to revamp their computer system to make taking care of their customers more efficient. It almost took longer for everything to be entered into the computer than it did for the actual service.

I have had my vehicle serviced at VIP in Madawaska since 2007. Presently my vehicle has over 157,000 miles on it and it runs perfectly. This is an obvious reflection on the great service provided by Bill and his crew. I highly recommend this location for your vehicles service requirements. On my last visit to VIP in April of 2015 it was found that the upper ball joints on my pickup were worn out. All of the correct parts were ordered and my vehicle was repaired by the VIP crew 3 days later. The work was well done and I am very satisfied with the quality of the repairs.

Great service at Madawaska VIP. Friendly staff, but just as important, theyre very professional - very good at catching an issue early on before it becomes a major problem. They can usually look at my car on short notice if something comes up suddenly. These guys know their stuff - I trust them - and Bill is the best - always helpful. Thanks Bill! I have to say, though, I havent brought my car in to VIP in a while because the prices have gotten way too high for this girl on a fixed income. Come on VIP, give a girl a break.

I used this VIP location for almost 4 years for all my auto maintenance needs until I moved downstate. I can honestly say I never once had a negative experience. The mechanics were all very professional and always did a great job. Bill and Morgan at the front desk were always very helpful and friendly and great at scheduling me in quickly. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in northern Aroostook county.

Went in to get my Jeep aligned and it needed to be done that day. They found some other problems before they could align my vehicle and had to fix those first. Since I needed it to be done that day they stayed about 2 hours past closing in order to finish everything for me. This really impressed me and I was very impressed with their service and their work. Would recommend this place to anyone. Great people!

Excellent work by Bill Nelson and his team at VIP this past Saturday. We were looking for new tires for my daughters vehicle before her trip back to college on the weekend. The vehicle also needed additional maintenance work which we also had completed on the same day thanks to some quick thinking by the team. Excellent service and very fair prices. The service I recieved at VIP Tires & Services was outstanding. I went there for a simple alignment, and the time it took was very rapid! They let you go in the garage and see firsthand what it is their doing to your car, and all at a very reasonable price! Will go again, and reccommend to others.
