Awful experience all around! I bought a used car from them and I should have bought a new one somewhere else. Im eligible for GMAC pricing because my Dad retired from General Motors. I should have bought the damn thing with that pricing and got it right the first time. After negotiating the deal a second key and a refinished wheel were owed to me. I had to call them nearly 3 weeks later to find out they had the key but I needed to bring the car for programing. My wife took the car in to have the key programmed and wheel fixed. They had no idea how to program the key and showed my wife the directions they printed on-line. 3 hours later my wife asked if they were close to getting things completed (she was already late for her next appt.) They said they were not and only after she explained she was 45 minutes late to her next appointment did they offer her a courtesy car. Which happened to be a regular cab truck. ( We brought in a 4 door sedan) My wife ran her errands and showed back up about 3 hours laters only to be told they were not done and still waiting on the wheel guy to get there. At this point my wife needed to pick our children up from school which was a task in a regular cab truck! We ended up having to keep the truck over night. The next day I took the truck back myself. When I arrived I noticed that ALL of the wheels looked very different. The wheel that was supposed to be fix looked SO different from the rest they decided to refinish ALL the wheels! When I say refinish I mean paint! These are machine finished wheels that are not meant to be painted! They dont come painted! Did I mention my wife wanted this particular trim package because it comes with these wheels. I didnt even leave the lot. I explained to the service manager that not only was the original wheel not fixed but now ALL the wheels were messed up and they took it upon themselves to mess them up! He walked away and told me he didnt know what to tell me we would just have to live with it. I got to talk with the sales manager who said they would order a complete new set of wheels. Great we said! Wow, a company that is going to make things right.....We set up the appointment 1 week later and made sure we got a courtesy car that all of us could ride in this time. They changed the wheels and called us to pick it up. Arrived again only to find they had put the tires on backwards. This type of tire has a front and back side. They said oh no problem we will fix it. So we left again (ruined our whole Saturday from 8am till 3pm) but we just wanted to get this done. We arrived yet again, waited this time for about another 2 hours (supposed to take 45 minutes) Guess what.........They only changed out 2 of the wheels and left 2 of the painted wheels on the car!!! Im so disgusted with Bill Holt! I have bought a lot of cars in my time and all different brands, dealers and individuals and I have never had an experience like this! You dont even get what you pay for anymore you get less.....alot less! I would not recommend using them for anything! My wife tires of cars quickly and someone will earn my business again soon.......I can promise it will never again be Bill Holt!

The first visit was good, I did a test drive on a loaded Camry. I loved the car and wanted to finance, so I was told Id hear back in a couple of days. Finally heard back, I went in on an appointment scheduled a few days in advance, and as I get there, they say the car was sold the day before, and that the salesman I worked with was out of town. I told them that I specially made the appointment for this car, so I got up to leave, and they said theyll "get me a good deal on another one to make up for it". So I agreed and took another test drive. We then went through 3 hours of a process only to find out I couldnt finance on my own. I was told my consigner would have to trade in a car she was still paying for to get another one, which would in turn "trick the bank", and let me get the one I want. That was completely bogus, so I got up, asked for my old keys, and left. I ended up getting a used car at Days Chevrolet a week after, no problems. I still have it and Im very happy with it. Of course, about a month after I left Bill Holt, they called and asked me if I was still interested in the loaded Camry that they had already said they SOLD a MONTH BEFORE. Either one of three things goes on at Bill Holt, theyre greedy, they dont communicate at all, or both. This was my first time going to a dealership for myself and for a lack of better words, I wasnt exactly thrilled with any of the ordeal I went through.

I would not recommend Bill Holt Chevrolet to a friend, or enemy. With my 2008 Silverado being 500 miles out of factory warranty, the fuse box caught fire in my driveway with the keys in my pocket. Thankfully, no one was hurt. The damage was contained in the fuse panel. Billy the Service Manager did everything he could to ensure the fire was not covered by a “good faith” warranty. With the final resolution being to pay out of pocket $1,900 and an answer from Chevrolet corporate being, “At this point we feel comfortable denying your claim.” No answer as to why it was my fault the Silverado caught fire in my driveway, just….”no”. I’m sure Chevy wanted to sweep the word “Fire” under the rug. My family has been long time Chevy owners, but never again. Chevrolet has fallen far since the “like a rock” days, and is now more in tune with a “like-a-match” slogan. I have personally asked Bill Holt Chevrolet to remove me from their mailing list. Today I received another flyer. Again guys, please take me off your mailing list, as there is no way I will be returning to your dealership. And due to your disrespect and lack of service to a long time Chevrolet family, I will not be returning to Chevy.

I am here at Bill Holt Canton Ga No Service department for my 1st oil change and tire rotation for my 2016 Silverado. After almost an hour wait, I was told I am good to go. When I got home I looked at the hidden marks I put on the tires to ensure tire were rotates ( as I dont trust most mechanic) and sure thing I found the marks on the front tires are still on the front tires. I called the service adviser and asked her if in fact the tires were rotated and she stated that they were but I can bring it back and they will redo it again. I asked why would you do it again if they rotated? I went back and asked the service manger his opinion if the tries look rotated without telling him about my hidden marks (on the inside wall of the tires) and he agreed that they dont look rotated and he took it back in for rotation. This is unethical and shady business practices and now I am wondering if my oil was even changed or if they just reset it without changing. They are billing GM for work that was not completed. If you cant trust this NO Service department with a simple service, how can you trust them with real work. I am going to report this incident to GM as this shady practice is unacceptable.
